Bazaar based Madness is a very viable choice IMO...it needs to be somewhat more centered around control than aggro though for it to be potent...it even gets to utilize a loam or two now to add recurable land destruction to its disruption suite...not too shabby.
the bazaar madness list is featured in my dredge article as a bonus list at the bottom...enjoy!
I saw a very interesting hybrid of U/G/w Madness which merged Oshawa Stompy and Fish. It went somewthing like this, from what I could piece together:
mana (22)
1x Black Lotus
1x Mox Sapphire
1x Mox Pearl
1x Mox Emerald
4x Wasteland
1x Strip Mine
2x Tropical Island
3x Tundra
4x Flooded Strand
2x Island
1x Plains
Interesting synergies in the deck, especially the Squees, Bazaars, Rootwallas, Circular Logics, and CoWs. This build focuses more on generating card advantage and riding the powerful creatures to victory. With 8 hard counters and 4 Mages it can also put up a very good disruption wall, not to mention the attack on mana sources that it can engineer via Nul Rod and Waste/Strip + CoW.
U/G Madness strategies can be configured so that they mirror what Fish decks do best, while having the advantage in the Fish "mirrors" by having stronger creatures.
Blue (21)
4x Force of will
1x Misdirection
4x Brainstorm
4x Circular Logic
3x Aquamoeba
2x Waterfront Bouncer
1x Ancestral Recall
1x Time Walk
1x Gush
Other (4)
4x Null Rod
SB- whatever the hell you want
The elvish spirit guides were insane, allowing you to drop a turn 2 threat on the first turn so often it is nutty. turn 1 null rod, usually followed up by a mongrel or a moeba spells game for most decks. This deck is great against fish, Slaver, dragon and storm combo. its stax matchup is very dependant on thier build.
Also, make sure you dont try to put Black Lotus back in here. It is terrible against goblin welder, which this deck likes beating. Trust me on this one.
Have fun
PS- once you get very good with this deck, step up to playing Guano/AKA Bird****/AKA U/w/g Threshold, as it is in general more broken than this is...and absolutely a blast to play.
