This deck i'm using right now isn't that bad except for control decks using like 20 something counterspells but besides deck i need some help with it, i fing it 2 slow.

I had Acdemy reators in here but 4 some reason i sich then 4 corrut because if i chuch coorut it does 6 damage if not then it will draing some life of my oppent plus isn't acdemy reactor whit an i like my deck being RUB.
I would replace Impulses with brainstomrs. They are synergistic with fetchlands and a lot of yoru deck. Have you considered running Erratic Explosion?
Are you running on a budget? You have some high end cards. If you aren't, run 5 moxen without a doubt. Even a small budget should be able to spring for mana crypt, and mana vault and sol ring are fairly cheap cards. You can then run Tinker as an alternate kill.
I would not run rector without running cabal therapy. That is a rather large engine. Most likely you could afford to cut them, as 4 mana creaturew w/out much acceleration are hard to drop, and then they still dont' do anything until your oppnant kills them?
You should consider runnig boseijui if you really have 20 counterspell decks running around.

I'm not ruinning a dudget build,i don't have 20 counterspell decks it's just people use them 4 total control of the game(by the way i'm allso runing a white control control deck for EXT,maybe i'll put that up in the EXT secion later on),i removed impluse for Black lotus,time walk,fact of fiction and Ancestral Recall.My orignal decklist had the 5 moxes but i don't what happened 2 that decklist.

I assume, then, that the Impulse that you once again posted for the third time should be intuition?
Even if you are on budget, you should be able to buy sol ring and mana vault. It just seems insane to me that you are running 4 darksteel colossus and no tinker. Its really not a hard card to fit into a deck.
Your mana base is very, very shakey. It will get ruined by a lot of decks. I would recomend adding some basics. If you aren't running on budget, cut city of brass and some fetches for 5 moxen and a mana crypt. When you have a 4 mana win sorcery speed win condition, you need acceleration. Plus it lets you add Tinker ;).
