I'm organizing an online peasant cube draft in the MTG Cube Talk Discord community. It's asynch since people usually have families, jobs and kids so this way it's easier to accommodate matches throughout the week. My goal is to have a periodic peasant cube online drafting hub so we can test and discuss our peasant environments among us.
The idea is roughly like this: we gather all the players (say 6 or 8 ideally) at one specific date and time just to draft in Draftmancer, which takes only 20-25 minutes. Then after the draft round 1 is generated and each player schedules their R1 match with their opponent at people's convenience.
This is the system that they use in the The Pauper Cube Discord community and I found it very convenient and effective to accommodate people with busy schedules and even maybe, from different time zones too.
The draft sheet will be in the #online_draft_events channel, so you can check there for submitting your attendance. The thread will be called Peasant Cube Asynch Draft.
I'm coordinating with Browndog and his friend(s) to do another draft online this week/weekend. This time is probably on Modo, which means the cards will be not free. I would be more than willing to recoup anyone's costs (it is a peasant cube, depowered, after all). Or we can make it so I just pay the winner like 10 whole american dollars to incentivize winning.
Or or, 1st place gets recouped costs + 10, the person with 0 wins doesn't get recouped, and everyone else gets recouped. This way everyone has incentive to play, no matter the placing.

I would love to get a cube going soon. Work has been busy and my 2 month old makes it hard to find free time... but I'm dying to play.
I just stumbled upon the site Draftmancer.com and it makes drafting online super smooth. I'm surprised it took me so long to discover the site. You can easily upload your cube, send your buddies a draft link, and set up a smooth cube draft for whatever pack size/bot limit you want.
Leelue, we can talk some more on the Peasantville discord. I'd be down to play your cube too. I have no problem spending a little money to build the cube.... it's never going to be over $5 most of the time, especially if we are playing a Peasant format.
Anyone else who wants in, they should definitely let us know.

Sadly, I got an IRL draft that day at that time, and I'm not going to be able to make it.
I'll join de Discord, though.
