I don't think Goblin Banneret makes the cut, sadly. You have to have another creature which is also attacking with lower power, and then you have to prepay for the +2/+0 since you can't do it in response to blockers. Quite a lot of things that can go wrong. I do agree that Cratermaker is pretty good, feels a lot like Abrade.
I want Nightveil Faerie to be good, but its stats are probably just too low. Maybe if it was a 1/3.
Inspiration isn't good enough, and spending 8 mana to go +2.5 isn't worthwhile most of the time. As a graveyard synergy card it's a 4 mana Tormenting Voice, which isn't a good payoff. I would rather just play Glimmer of Genius or a different graveyard payoff, rather than having a card that's not good at either role.
Golgari Findbroker what do we think of this? Not hitting instants and sorceries seems bad, but it does return everything else. Definitely better than Pharika's Mender.

I already run Eternal Witness, which is better, and Baloth Null, which is limited to creatures but at least gets two of them. If I ran Pharika's Mender, I would totally replace it with Golgari Findbroker, but as is, I'm not a fan of the inflexible BBGG mana cost, and I don't think I need another of this ability in my cube.
I am really turned off by the 4 colored mana symbols on Golgari Findbroker, to the point I would probably play Pharika's Mender over it. A lot of those 5+ mana card advantage cards get splashed in 3+ color decks, and it is so hard to splash for either double black or double green.
I think I like Goblin Banneret enough to try out over Stonewright. It is nice that the card is less red intensive to pump and the Mentor ability also means that Banneret can remain relevant on later turns as a one-drop. It seems to be a little worse than other similar red one-drops early, but possible way more relevant late.
Not from me. Then again, I don't run any two-color lands or artifacts. I dislike them because they only have 10% of giving full value in a two color deck (compare to the tri-lands that have a 30% chance of fixing for a two color deck). I suppose the lockets still give one of your colors and can still be sacked for the cards, but I just don't like the design, personally.
Yep Goblin Cratermaker is a snap include. I don't know about Goblin Banneret I kind of prefer Goblin Glory Chaser, its hard to get that mentor ability to actually trigger at any point and the "firebreathing" is expensive.
The CCDD uncommons are clearly good cards but I find that difficult mana cost will put people off. I typically need my multi coloured cards to be the "good enough to splash" type because its common that no one is playing that specific colour combo.
The cards aren't clearly good if you only have a 45-50% chance of casting them on time.
Stonewright is so much better than the mentor guy. Stonewright needs to be answered without needing to enter combat. Thats incredible value for a 1 drop.

My instincts are always off on red 1-drops because they all seem so meh to me for whatever reasons. We did call Stonewright a staple, so I will trust its value.
I will stick by the broader point that I feel like Goblin Banneret does have a lot of potential late game as a high power attacker that can throw at least one +1/+1 counter around. Is it better than the conditional 2/2s for 1 (Goblin Glory Chaser and Village Messenger)?
No way that this guy is better or even equal to Stonewright. I think mentor on a 1-drop warrants having a base power of 2 for me to be interested.

I, for one, am extremely excited for Goblin Cratermaker. It has as many potential uses as something like Qasali Pridemage, for instance. Even if you do not play the most high-powered artifacts, it has a lot of powerful targets (Crystal Shard, Shrines, equipment, any Eldrazi) and the damage ability hits a lot of relevant creatures too.
I would certainly play it with just the ability to deal with colorless non-land permanents and still consider it with just the ability to sacrifice to deal 2 damage to a creature. With both, I think it is an absolutely top tier red two-drop.
Well, Ochran Assassin is a card. At least, it is for my cube (where it likely beats out Putrid Leech) - it's going to teach the kiddies the important lesson that just because it's got deathtouch doesn't mean it's killing everything automatically.
Is there room for Sweeping Giant in the top end of Boros, too? Six mana is a lot, but that's basically a larger, ground-based Shockmaw Dragon (and the Dragon is just about the top pick for the kids... not just because it's a stonking great dragon, either).

BBGG is a really difficult cost to have to pay on turn 4 and I don't think the upside is worth it on Findbroker.

It has already been announced that Invert is getting errata to make the effect "until end of turn," so no such luck.

Ramping on turn 3 is just not what I want to be doing most of the time. It's also way harder to go 3 cost rock into spell than 2 cost rock into spell.
I'm a fan of House Guildmage, though its abilities may be a bit expensive.

Conclave Guildmage and House Guildmage are ok. They're in contention for a slot. Swarm Guildmage and Legion Guildmage have over-costed abilities. League Guildmage is essentially Nivix Guildmage 2.0. Not sure which is better actually.
Citywatch Sphinx looks good but Jetting Glasskite is stiff competition.
Glowspore Shaman is disappointing. Does a poor job of color fixing.
All the AABB cost uncommons aren't good enough to justify the mana cost.
