Reinforcements seems very bad, like 30th playable for most Boros decks unless you're in an absolute trainwreck of a draft
It brings the floor up considerably for an Overrun-type effect, but it's worse at doing its main job (top of the curve for a tokens deck) than the unplayably crappy Inspired Charge
Like, with three dudes already on board (a moderate/safe estimation of when you'd be casting this), what's better
Two vanilla 2/2s
Those three guys with +1/+1
or
Those three guys with +2/+1
The Reinforcements route is more raw power by one point, but not really worth a damn in the face of, like, 2/3 blockers.
Stitcher's Supplier probably doesn't have enough payoff to be worth cubing, but is incredibly efficient at what it does. I wouldn't be too surprised if I was playing it happily a couple years down the line.
I think Heroic Reinforcements is fine, though probably a bit underpowered. It's pretty bad as a finisher compared to stuff like Great Teacher's Decree, but the two soldiers probably get in and stick around for the next turn, making future pumps better. Hasting a 1 or 2 drop isn't irrelevant either. I would be all over it if it was monocoloured, but guild slots, even Boros ones, are harder to break into.
Rogue's Passage already exists. It doesn't cost mana, it produces mana, it is much harder to remove and nobody plays it as far as I'm aware.
I play it.
As do I. I'm not as keen on the Bookshelf, though. As an artifact creature, it dies to an awful lot of removal, and it has to deal with summoning sickness. I think I'll stick with Rogue's Passage.
I see the idea behind Stitcher's Supplier but, just.... no, no, no, oh my god no, kill it with fire.
A blind mill-3 on an otherwise irrelevant body is way too bad given the density of "graveyard" themes in a typical cube deck, even at the like 95th percentile of decks that might want the effect.
Like, it's probably in a better color for the effect, but what you're actually doing with the card is just worse than casting Tome Scour on yourself in most situations.
The only card I'm reasonably sure I'll have my cube in a year's time is Departed Deckhand -- it's just amazing for a blue tempo/aggro deck, should be a staple if you're at all interested in that type of deck (and currently playing any Welkin Tern-type cards as blue 2-drops).

Then you realize Inspired Charge is an instant, still unplayably bad, and you could get like... Great Teacher's Decree instead?
Nahhhhhhh
2/3 body for 4 is a super rough pill to swallow
Shapers of Nature is probably the mana sink you want in Simic (or, you know, Jade / Azure Mage)

Sweet art, solid card
Discard-1 in the late game is a whiff fairly often (but also sometimes just absurd)
Pretty sure I’d always want Dinrova Horror over this to start a draft, but in some settings the new 6 can definitely do work
I do kind of like Suspicious Bookcase, a wall that does something, lets those cranial plating equipped creatures through to kill.

It's delayed, but the body is enough for a chump block and then you've milled six. So I don't think it's necessarily worse than Tome Scour.

Why do you have to cut so deep?

To me, from the last batch only Talons of Wildwood and Inferno Hellion seem close to playable.

But none of them seem like definite includes. Will definitely need to look at what I would be cutting and make some tough evaluations.

Other than that, there's a handful that I might try but wish were just a bit better:
Militia Bugler
Viashino Pyromancer
Poison-Tip Archer
