Moreover, if a player who hasn't ever played my cube and isn't aware of the range of morph commons, I'd rather not put them in this spot and have them feel bad about not knowing that disenchant guy was even an option. The upside to include these cards just isn't high enough for the potential negative impact on the experience of my drafters. YMMV.
Is that really very different than not knowing if the Cube has, say, Disenchant effects in it or not? Not knowing a particular Cube is going to be a downside no matter what and I don't see the rationale to single out morph in that regard.

The point is not that the face-up is hidden information for those who don't know the list of morphs. If that was the problem, you would be right in that it is hidden information as is the list of cards in the entire cube. But I think that the point they are making is that, as the list of morph creatures is way shorter than the list of cards in the cube, there is a great gap between those who, having played before, can memorize the list of morph creatures, and those who cannot. You can't memorize every card in the cube, and even if you do, that info is not so useful when you are dealing with a deck of 23 spells out of maybe 100-120 (supposing your opponent goes 2 colours). While if you memorize the 2 morphs for each given colour, when you face a morph card in a deck you have at least a 25% chance of gessing what's there.

Im kinda surprised morph has dropped in favor so much. Last morph block the forum was pretty excited about them.
I dont mind playing morphs in my cube because as MK says, no knowing the content of the cube is a disadvantage anyway. Thats why I usually provide the cubetutor link when I announce the draft or before drafting, so everyone can check on their phones about the morphs/content.
"I'd rather not put them in this spot and have them feel bad about not knowing that disenchant guy was even an option."
There's a difference in my mind between "what if they have a naturalize in hand? that's an effect that is in many cubes" and "what if that face down card is specifically daru lancer (or whatever)" The first case is something that an player without knowledge of the entire range of morphs that could be in the cube could feasibly play around, and the second is someone trying to remember if there is even a card that exists AND is in the cube AND might be in the opponent's deck to even consider playing around.
Yes, there's hidden information involved about not knowing the specific contents of any given cube, but I don't want my drafters to feel like they got punished for not doing their homework before sitting down to do a casual draft and have some fun. As I said I don't value the upside of having this cards in my cube as much as I value a positive experience for the people who cube because they want to try it, and I think a portion of the gameplay of morphs is not a positive experience.
I hope that makes some sense, I'm in no way saying it's incorrect to play these cards, just trying to explain why I personally am not interested in doing so.

When I had morphs in my cube I made a list of morphs for people to use, with casting cost, ability, stats, everything, so people could always grab it and look up possibilities during games if they wanted to. Not a single person ever asked to see the list. I'm very sympathetic to the argument you make (that's why I created the list in the first place!), but it may just be irrelevant for some (or even many) groups.
The reason Loyal Sentry might be Cubeable is that deathtouch is very good against hard to kill attackers such as those with hexproof. Helpfully, Sentry's ability also stops the trample and/or lifelink from things like Armadillo Cloak etc
The fact, that it's a 2/1 for just one mana wothout any drawback. We don't get this very often. I don't know, I think Elite Vanguard is a little bit stronger, because of the creature types, but Lions is still a very good aggressive card.
Inciter is Tier1 for me, while Mage is Tier2 at best. A 1 drop fits the curve better and the activation cost makes the mage much worse. There are also tons of competitive 2 drops already.
1-drops are so low quality at common that it's really hard for me to cut Inciter. I'll try out Crimson Mage, I think it's a solid card and haste keeps it relevant as the game goes on. I'll play both and expect Crimson Mage will make his way out of the cube over the next few releases.

I haven't tried it, but it seems to be the less consistent of your list.

Uh, to wildly varying degrees of actual relevance, we have:
