I had my first draft of my pauper cube pretty recently, and the consensus was pretty unanimous: red (and to a lesser extent black) were way too good, and white was utter trash. Since lurking the forums for a while, I've come to know many better white cards than the ones I was running (I really need to get a Leonin Skyhunter) but besides adding generally good cards, what else can I do to make white more attractive? Cards like Skyhunter are obviously good, but how can I make white seem more fun to build and play?
Anyways, I agree that white is usually fairly boring, but it has a lot of efficient creatures (especially 2 drops). I think one of the best ways to fix the boring issue is by including some kind of theme, such as tokens, enchantments, or whatever else you can come up with. I am currently thinking of trying a (primarily) non-token 'swarm' archetype in white, with cards that boost other creatures and benefit from having multiple creatures. The downside to trying themes like these is that they often lower the power level of the cube, but that isn't always a bad thing.
I can give you more specific feedback when you post your cube list.
First Advice: Check out other people's cubes (from this forums), use the compare tool of Cubetutor.
Second Advice: You have way to much REACTIVE cards in white. Reactive is boring. Put more proactive cards (once again, check other lists). As a rule of thumb, you don't need to support control too much, with good late drops and a couple of cards is enough, because even small aggro creatures can work as cannon fodder to hold up until late game. So put more aggro cards at low converted costs, and make it more balanced at higher converted mana costs.
That said, only one draft played is not enough to say 'white is crap' or 'red is too powerful'. Maybe that IS the case, but you need more dratfs played to make for a good universe of data to analyse.

Holiday Armadillo... Cloak
My 490 Pauper Cube
Modern frame only- Common on paper only - no functional copies, no strictly-betters - no subtype-matters
since i start playing magic back in 1995 white was the boring color and black was the "cool" color, so its not neccessarily about your cube.
Ive heared the same complaints when I built my cube, although it already had some of the best cards in paupercube like Coalition Honor Guard, Guardian of the Guildpact, Seraph of Dawnand Oblivion Ring
To take advantage of the underdrafted color and to increase the overall powerlevel, I encuraged playing deeper white, so I added cards like Ivory Giant, Shade of Trokair, Razor Golem which are insane in almost monowhite. That also makes cards with doubleW cost more playable like Skyhunter or Ajani's Sunstriker.
Also my white got a bunch of 1-drops which happen to be mostly soldiers, so theyre quite good for fast aggro like boros, but also useful in the later game with Veteran Swordsmith and Veteran Armorsmith.
Nowadays deep W with slight black splash for the multicolor cards is one of the best and versatile archetype.
You have a lot of very unusual, narrow cards and the overall power level is very low. This makes me wonder if you're working with a really limited selection or on a really tight budget or something. This would be important context to have for people trying to give you advice. Right now your cube looks quite different from a "typical" pauper cube.
If you have access to a decent gaming store you can pick up most commons for $0.25. If you order online, you can get them even cheaper. It does add up but $20 can go a long way.
You can also find a lot of pauper cubable cards for free if you have friends with big collections.
