This is supposed to be a short overview about two strong and still supported archetypes, that synergize with each other. In the following I will only name cards, that are actually worth considering, IMO. They are not only ranked by their powerlevel in the vacuum, but also by their powerlevel within the specific archetype.
The Swarm generating cards are obviously also sacrifical cards, but I didn't want to repeat myself. This is exactly the link between these two archetypes and the reason, why I posted booth in the same thread.
The aim of this thread is not to evaluate the cards and to discuss if a specific card is cubeable or borderline, but to give an overview of all the possible cards, that are connected to these archetypes. Since it's very hard to filter all cards, that belong to any of these archetypes correctly, I would appreciate, if you tell me, if I forgot any relevant card.
Mortis Dogs, while not a strictly sacrifice target, in the past has proven an aggressive way to both have a creature, and attack without care if it dies. Within the Sac archetype, you can threaten 4 points of life whether they block or not.
And Ashnod's Altar is a great tool to just have with disposable bodies, or tokens. There are enouh things that can die profitably, the trick is getting non-black outlets.
And technical, yet "meh":
Betrothed of Fire is a repeatable outlet, there are just a lot of things that kill the usefulness of the card
Vivisection is on the Artillerize path. 4cc, and an effect that could push the game forward.
Stitcher's Apprentice/Orcish Blood Painter/Thermopod - Repeatable, nonblack effects with minor upside effects. And are creatures themselves. Apprentice works with Driver of the Dead.
I really like your interest in Sac now that there is perhaps enough to mainstream it. But it may just be a B/x or B/r/x style till there are more outlets.
About the blue cards: I looked at the blue section and there were simply so few interesting cards, that it's maybe not worth considering at all for the Sac-Archetype, IMO.
I think that swarm/sacrifice should be restricted at mardu, I think that trying to force it into green will low the powerlevel of Green too much (and the strength of other green archetypes, don't forget that). Of course if a card is good on its own and synergyses, keep it. But don't add Green cards that would only be there for synergysing.

Holiday Armadillo... Cloak
My 490 Pauper Cube
Modern frame only- Common on paper only - no functional copies, no strictly-betters - no subtype-matters
Raise the Alarm is miles better. Instant and Soldier tribal (Veteran Swordsmith works well with swarm Captain's Call) Another reason why I think the ratings are pretty off and not based on actual experience..
But we have to take what we can get. The 5 life bonus usually doesnt matter. On 5 you probably die next turn to burn or an evasive creature anyway.
How would you rate Ramosian Rally for the archetype, considering white vigilance guys? Vigilance also plays well with Field Surgeon (you may tap creatures you have just played) and Triplicate Spirits

I'm not a fa of it. Normally you always want +2/+X instead of +1/+1. Also 4 mana is too much and the upside is not good on the offense, where you want to use such an effect.

blue has a lot of sacrifice outlets, like

Thalakos Seer
Jeskai Sage
Surveilling Sprite
Floating-Dream Zubera
Oculus
Runewing
Messenger Drake
Kingfisher
also has
Vivisection
Perilous Research
Gurmag Drowner
Sidisi's Faithful
blue also provides a lot of ETB creatures that are useless pretty quickly
also missing: all threaten effects for sacrifice, every populate card and many morbid cards.
- you probably shouldnt rate them. some of your ratings are horrible like Veteran Armorer that card is awful.

If you want to make a primer for those archetypes its pretty biased to not include blue..
also populate and morbid are still missing
EDIT: persist and undying are also supporting keywords.

Persist and Undying are important to sacrifice, yes.

There are simply no Populate spells, that are good with small Tokens.
I also just realised, that I forgot the Nightmares (Mesmeric Fiend/Faceless Butcher), that work very well with sac-effects.
Added.

Browsing my list, other missing cards are:
Presence of Gond (+ Midnight Guard or stuff like Pili-Pala/Ashnod's Altar for the nuts)
Volt Charge is quite ok, too.
