Goblin Heelcutter seems pretty okay, although I think I like "Can't block" effects more than most. Probably too clunky in the long run but I'm intrigued. I have no idea how to evaluate Manifest but my gut says Ethereal Ambush is pretty strong.
I like the Heelcutter, although it might be a bit of a win-more because it doesn't come down too early (unlike something like Frenzied Goblin). Dash is a nice limited ability, and hopefully we'll get some more interesting cards out of it.
Initial thoughts on Manifest: I'm not a fan. It seems super high-variance (Manifesting something like a Mist Raven is going to feel so bad), and paying the whole creature's CMC for what is essentially a combat trick doesn't seem the best, especially if you need keep 4+ mana open to flip larger creatures. Hopefully I'm wrong, but I don't think it'll be that great.
Gurmag Angler looks like a better Marshmist Titan. Not really interested in it personally, but it's probably somewhere around borderline.
Gurmag Angler looks solid, but uninesterting. Not something I would like to add.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but if Echo Tracer is as good as everyone says it is, then manifesting a Mist Raven can't be bad.
The simic manifester is more interesting, cause it puts 2 creatures with one card, and as instant. The white one, I don't think that there is space in cost2 to put it. Not too exciting.
Goblin Heelcutter, seems like a hybrid between Fervent Cathar and Bladetusk Boar, two cards that are currently on my cube.

-Soul Summons: Its at least just a bear with potential surprise. Might be more interesting with library manipulation. Its a card you want to add if you aim for a very dynamic meta. Powerlevel-wise it still seems bad
-Jeskai Sage: If only it had a leave play clause instead of die. As is, its pretty uninteresting. Would take it for just U. -bad
-Gurmag Angler: It has the crucial stats of 5 power and toughness. I really like it. Black was still missing the decent 5/5 beater and its a zombie! -borderline/cubable
-Hooded Assassin: I dont know what to do with a 1/2 actually. The 2/3 options is even more uninteresting -bad
-Goblin Heelcutter: 3 hasty power for CC3 is fine. It dodges sorcery speed removal. Might be an option to make Mogg Conscripts playable -borderline
-Frontier Mastodon: It really sucks without ferocious and having a 4 power dude is not that easy in usual cube metas. I dont like it very much, but it seesms at least borderline
Ethereal Ambush: best card so far. 2 instant 2/2s for 5 are really solid and you can flip them later -cubable
Correct me if I'm wrong, but if Echo Tracer is as good as everyone says it is, then manifesting a Mist Raven can't be bad.
The difference between un-morphing Echo Tracer and un-manifesting a Mist Raven is that both cards have already entered the battlefield so Echo Tracer's ability triggers, but Mist Raven's does not.

You're right, I forgot about that... in that case yeah, menifest is not so sexy, cause all etb triggers get ruined. Nonbo =(

I've been thinking about Manifest and ETB abilities, and, even if on they own they are nonbo, if we consider that ETB usually plays alonside blinking and auto-bounce, then it's not that bad really. I think that is something that will have to be tested to be rightfully evaluated.

Concerning double-faced cards like delver, If memory doesn't fail me I think that double-faced cards cannot be put ''face down'', cause they don't have a down-face: both faces are considered 'up-faces'.
Concerning manifesting morph-cards, I think that they can be morphed by their creature cost or by their morph cost. Turning them by their cost is a property of the card, not an ability the colorless, nameless 2/2 has.
If you blink an aura, from 2/2 to face-up, you can enchant whatever you have on the battlefield, right? (even a Blastoderm?)

Delver has no relevant interaction with morph or manifest. If it ends up face down for any reason, it's a plain 2/2. When it gets flipped up again by morph or manifest (or Cloudshift), it's always a 1/1 (even if it was a 3/2 earlier, then turned down by some special effect).
Yeah, I didn't commment on the simic one because it was already known, but it is the best of the 5 and the one I am definitely putting on my cube. It kills Guardian of the Guildpact, btw.
The golgari one is tricky, because I think that most of black removal is already better than it.

Thoughts on the 5 new commons spoiled today: Whisperer of the Wilds - Pass. 2 CMC mana elves aren't good, and by the time you have a creature with power 4 or greater, the Ferocious ability is probably less relevant. Cunning Strike - Pass. Izzet is pretty stacked and this just costs too much. Grim Contest - Decent, but only because there are so few good Golgari commons. It seems okay in a lot of BG midrange decks, and unlike normal Fight cards, basing the damage on toughness makes it good against most aggro decks. Probably worth testing somewhere around the 4th / 5th golgari slot. Harsh Sustenance - Borderline, but Orzhov is so stacked I don't think most cubes have space for it. This card seems okay in W/B aggro decks that curve out around 3 CMC, although it would have been nicer if it was W/R for those who have token stuff in their cube. I'll probably try this out for a bit in my 5th Orzhov slot, although the W/B aggro deck doesn't need to get better in my cube right now. War Flare - Borderline. It's a fine effect, but Boros is somewhat stacked, and only +1 toughness isn't the best for R/W aggro decks. If it gave +2/+2 and didn't have the untap ability, it would be so much better.
I've tried swapping between Desecrator Hag, Rendclaw Trow, and Golgari Rotwurm in my 5th Golgari slot for more than a year. I can't remember the last time people were excited about any of them or they were relevant in a game (although I don't have a sacrifice theme in black, which makes the Rotwurm quite a bit worse). At least an okay removal spell for midrange decks is draftable and will probably see play when the premium black removal is sparse or highly contested. I wish all the multicolored sections had significantly better cards than the average monocolored card, but that isn't the case yet.
Of course, it all depends on the size of the cube and how much removal you want. I guess a lot of people here have drastically cut down the amount of (black) removal in their cubes, but cards like Rend Flesh are nowhere close to cuttable for me.
EDIT: Also, the article spoiling the uncommon dragon cycle says that Maro's twitter is spoiling a red common dragon tomorrow. That should hopefully be exciting!
With autobounce, is not bad. Without autobounce... you still can draw it again, on a 40-card deck it's not impossible, I suppose. But in any case, seems like it's only good in UR.

I think I'd have to include both a ton of sac outlets and a ton of morph cards before I'd be interested in Sultai Emissary, and I include neither. A slightly better Butcher Ghoul isn't exactly the most exciting card ever.
Manifest has been kind of disappointing. The only one I'm considering so far is Ethereal Ambush, which will probably replace Assault Zeppelid.

All seem very archetype-oriented. The boros I like the most, I think.
Orzhov a close second.
Golgari seems too situational (but with black-big-butts is nice), and Izzet a little expensive.
