I'm not sold on any cards that are spoiled yet, probably because they are mostly rares! The Young Pyromancer seems okay.... Turning your burn into token churners might be alright. He's the closest to peasant cubable status out of the 74 cards spoiled IMO. I'm still not 100% sure I'll be adding him. He might deserve a testing spot though because it is a unique effect.

He seems SUPER powerful. Turns all your burn into an extra attacker to push damage or chumper to buy a turn to draw another burn spell. Turns all your counters/draw spells in a UR/Grixis deck into board-impacting value spells.
I love this guy.

Pyromancer is 100% staple to me....amazing in boros token decks (lingering souls producing 6 tokens...wut)....nuts with sprout swarm....great alongside guttersnipe, gelectrode, and shrine of burning rage in the izzet "spells matter" deck...support for r/b sac.dec...this card is money.
Giving him a second look, I'm coming around. I can see him netting a lot of 1/1s. He's the kind of guy that you have to kill immediately or you are going to get overwhelmed. I'm coming around guys!!! I'm seeing the light!

Even if he isn't doing anything super broken (flame jab, buyback spells, etc.) he is just good as a Piker that adds value to all your removal/draw/counters.
Also, so glad people are finally aboard the Flame Jab train.

Flame Jab looks pretty sweet as well. I might consider adding that. It seems like a great way to get in some final damage when you are topdecking lands.
The token guy is the closest thing to playable out if the cards here. I'm not sold yet though.
1/1s over time aren't reach, and the value of the tokens is very dependent on context. Turn two this guy, turn three staggershock is great. Turn two this, turn 3 3drop is... Defensive.
Meanwhile if you play 2 spells at all in the life of guttersnipe and you've gotten intense value.
Agreed with everyone about Young Pyromancer. I think all the "spells matter" cards in red are making the sorcery token producers better, so I'll be taking a second look at them after M14 comes out. Casting Goblin Rally with Young Pyromancer, Guttersnipe, and Goblin Bombardment sounds super fun.
I'm also quite bullish on Master of Diversion. Eliminating the best blocker every turn is going to be better for most W/X aggro decks than just having flying. Firefist Striker without the battalion requirement and an additional toughness seems great to me. Someone compared it to Niblis of the Urn, but Master's ability fits better on a 2/2 3-drop than a 1/1 2-drop in my opinion. It is probably a bit worse in W/U flyer tempo decks, but that's probably okay.

I'm totally happy going T2-Pyromancer, T3-Crossway Vampire attack for 2, T4-Avalanche Riders attack for 5/7. Even if you never cast a spell while he's in play being a piker at worst is acceptable. Worst case he is a piker, best case he buries them in card advantage/damage output.

Yeah, even if Pyromancer doesn't make any tokens, some opponents will feel like they need to kill it "just in case." The potential for making tokens is almost as good as making them is.
Plus, even though red is still mostly an aggro color, creatures like this are versatile enough to make R/X control decks better.

I think you might be comparing apples to oranges, when you could just make a fruit salad. Both cards are pretty solid but serve different purposes, and most of the time if you're in a deck that wants one, you'll want both.
I think a better comparison might be Jade Mage; he's worse in the late game when you have tons of lands but not much gas, but better in the early game when you're getting a 1/1 every time you remove a blocker. Jade mage overwhelms the opponent late, but Young Pyromancer gives you just a few 1/1s early when they're still relevant (and in a more aggressive color, no less). Either way, it's a card that will eventually need to be dealt. It's also worth noting that a 2/1 isn't *that* far behind the curve in any color...
Finally, this card is hilarious with Sprout Swarm.
Master of Diversion isn't the worst. I've always loved the tap abilities. He reminds me a bit of Kor Hookmaster. Thinking about how I've used the card, I've mostly used it offensively, but there are situations where it's great that it's ETB so we can get in extra damage that turn or prevent an activated ability from that creature the following turn. Master gets that damage through, but you have to wait a turn. However, it is a strong effect that I'll keep an eye on. Is it better than our other 3 drops, probably not, but that tap ability is stronger than it appears.
I don't think conditional 1/1s without evasion equates to good value. I wouldn't be threatened unless I figured you were going to abuse it / my guys are threatened by one or two 1/1s.

Honestly I think 90% of the time I play this guy I'll make 1-2 tokens and just slam face with him.
1mana cyclers/bears/pikers with upside are like my favorite cards ever, it almost doesn't matter to me what it actually does because I think most of the value comes from how cheap they are.

You know what is also good with Sprout Swarm? Another land, counterspells, anything?
As much as I like guy rehashing over and over again that he is good with cards that already win on their own is kinda a bad argument for why he is worth including.

About Master of Diversion:
Absolutely love it. The card I wanted Court Street Denizen to be.
About Young Pyromancer:
I will definitely cube it because of all the great interactions with token makers, counters/burn, etc.

I think getting two tokens out of Young Pyromancer is also intense value. If you're aggro, they'll attack for you. If not, they'll buy you time.)
I hesitate to call it a stable ONLY because it seems to be at its best outside of traditional Rx aggro decks.
(@citynoise:
I really think we're at the point where being 'a piker at worse' is NOT acceptable. I'm not cubing lots of Pikers+ right now. I doubt Pyromancer will often be just a Piker, but that's why I won't call it a stable.)
About this 'Flame Jab' train:
I would not run Flame Jab solely on its own merits, which I think people would agree with. (Maybe not)
It currently has great interactions with (soon-to-be) 5 cards in my cube:

For those running it, is there a certain threshold of interactions that makes Flame Jab 'good enough' for your cubes?
If you're down on cards that are 'pikers at worst' maybe you shouldn't run (and name) your cube after a card is a 'squire at worst'. Pikers+ win games and you need a certain threshold of them (or cards like them) to make aggro decks good enough to compete.
I'd run Flame Jab with 0 interactions in my cube and have often run it in decks with 0-1 ways to abuse it. The card is surprisingly good reach for mono-red. Obviously all those cards make it a lot better but turning lands into actual damage in a mono-red deck is just literally drawing free spells. It also randomly upgrades all your bolts into flame slashes to kill blockers. The card is just very strong.

Piker+ is all red ever wants. In fact, we need the extra effect on the pikers just so we don't feel as bad casting the cards, a surprisingly big amount of the time, a Goblin Piker is just what we want. However, the threshold shifts. We might want to move away from more or less arbitrary benchmarks (Bears, Hill Giant, Shock etc.) if the actual competition is a lot better than that, you're right with that. That being said, these benchmarks are still somehow valid for the purpose of "if it's above that, you can cube it if you want to" and boy, this card looks interesting. So my reasoning is more like "I want to cube it and it's a Piker, so I can cube it."

Flame Jab is another of these "can run if you want to" cards. Flame Jab is always fine ingame, but you'd not maindeck it under normal circumstances. If you have synergistic cards, you maindeck it. Plus it can serve as a sideboard card. I think we don't need every card to be perfectly maindeckable all the time, a high number will do. We should be able to afford a couple slots per color for such cards, especially in the otherwise-linear red.
What makes Flame Jab better than other need-synergistic-cards-to-function-cards like Momentary Blink in my eyes is that it can still do stuff without the synergistic card. There's probably no deck without an X/1. For drafting and decking, it's the same (needs another card to be worth it), ingame, it's not.
Specialities about the cube: U tempo, B aggro, R slow-ish are supported. G aggro is not.
Currently trying to support tokens in all colors but blue, in different ways: W pumps them, B sacrifices them, R suicides them, G has decent-sized ones.

Woodborn Behemoth looks cool, but i'm not sure how often his ability will be used, so he might not make the cut unless I add more land ramping spells and specifically support a ramp deck.

I did a poor job communicating what I meant by 'Pikers+.'
Yes, Pikers+ are quite essential to aggro decks, particularly in red aggro decks.
But at this point, there are SO many Pikers+ available that the upside needs to be both large enough and/or occur frequently enough for the card to be cubable.
Examples:
Gore-House Chainwalker has a pretty good upside (3/2 can't block) that should occur almost every time you play it.
Torch Fiend had an amazing upside (destroying a great artifact for R), but if your opponent had no good targets, you'd board it out.
Young Pyromancer has a pretty good upside (2+ tokens) that should occur frequently. Because I think this, I will cube it. I don't think the average-case-scenario is good enough to consider Young Pyromancer a stable.
And if you believe either that the upside isn't that good OR that it won't happen very often, you should be skeptical about cubing it.
Citynoise, you are correct that Emblazioned Golem is a Squire+.
I think the upside (scalability) is good enough and happens often enough (when your deck supports 3+ colors) to happily run it in my cube.
The upshot here is that I don't believe Pikers+ are necessarily good enough. They have to have a good and/or frequent upside.
this card really is getting better and better lately.
i think cutting court street denizen for master of diversion is an interesting discussion. is being able to tap multiple guys better than getting the trigger every turn?
@leelue:
I think getting two tokens out of Young Pyromancer is also intense value. If you're aggro, they'll attack for you. If not, they'll buy you time.)
It's good at adding attackers only very early in the game. If I spend my third turn playing a 3 drop, then on turn four play a kill spell and something else, I got my 1/1 so far into the future it's no longer a relevant threat.
For example, I would hesitate to play a 1R 2/1 that etb with a 1/1. And that hypothetical card is much much much better than this one.
Even if you get a token on turn 3 and on turn 4, which is beginning to look a lot like christmas, they aren't attacking until turn 4 and turn 5.
I think the ideal aggro scenario with Young Pyromancer is that just by having extra guys on the table, there's a better change of getting attackers in for damage.
At that point, maybe you're trading a token + burn spell for a bigger blocker. Or you're getting more damage out of your pump spells (especially your mass pump spells).
In each of those cases, you might be getting extra tokens too.
Also, we've been getting better and better token making spells, so you can stay on curve with creatures and make Elementals.
I agree it's best application is not in aggro, but I think it can still be a decent aggro creature.
There are a lot more (and better) interactions outside of aggro.
Your burn spells and Last Gasp-like spells (what's the opposite of a 'pump' spell?) do an extra damage to attackers. Your draw spells buy you more time to dig for answers. There's the obvious interactions with Barter in Blood and similar spells.
I personally think a lot of people are overselling Young Pyromancer right now, but there really is something good there.
Also I'm always looking for good token makers because I think Intangible Virtue is *very* close to being good enough in my cube.
The real question in my head is: how does this guy compare to Sporoloth Ancient.
