I'm not one to criticize high multicolour counts, but what some the slots are being used for is really questionable: it feels like half the multicolour cards are generic midranged threats or removal.
After playing a few more rounds I am the opinion that this cube is just bad. As pointed out by calibretto, this cube is just a pile of cards. There are no clear archetypes and the multicolor cards dont pull clearly in a direction. It is sad that this cube was chosen as it does not represent a well designed peasant cube at all.

The cube may not be the most cohesive thing ever but I definitely disagree that there are "no clear archetypes".
Have you tried u/w flicker?

Sure my statement might have been hyperbolic, but more often than not you are drafting and playing against a 3-4 color good stuff deck. Maybe this is exactly what the creator aimed for, which is absolutely fine. I drafted the cube 4 times and often felt I had to take the generic good card because the synergy cards / pay off cards were missing. For example, why are there four to five additonal (!) removal spells in Orzhov and no Maw of the Obzedat or Hidden Stockpile? As a consequence, at least for me, drafting doesnt feel rewarding or exciting and the matches are often grindy like in a dragon cube. But then again, there is more than one way to build a cube and luckily perferences are individual.
Besides my critique regarding the cube I noticed that Vivid Lands are really overpowered. Is this a general phenomenon or is it due to the nature of the Amaz Cube that they feel so overpowered as (together with Signets) they allow these multicolor good stuff decks?
Yeah the tri-land, vivid land, bounce land, signet combo is bound to lead to multicolor good stuff decks being the best option, especially if aggro isn't super heavily supported. Signets especially really enable greedy decks, which is why I'm not a fan of them. Vivid lands also are a bit egregious with how easily they can enable multi-color decks.
I have watched a couple drafts of Amaz's cube, and I wouldn't say it's bad, but I would say it's quite different from what I'm going for, and agree that it looks more similar to an "unrefined" peasant cube list. I definitely agree that there are way too many multi-color cards, but he says that he likes them so it's whatever. This is very much a cube that leans much more heavily on the "value first" end of the spectrum rather than the "tempo first" end, which is another reason multi-pile greed piles end up being so good, it allows you to play all the best value cards. I do love me doing drafts like that sometimes, but it's not something I regularly want.
So Ive been updating my cube with the latest set, and also realized my graveyard value deck was missing a pay off apart from reanimation. I added in Worm Harvest and Darkblast as suggested in the graveyard value thread, then noticed that my cube contained quite a lot of token generators. How do you guys keep a check on that? (Im going to look into replacing quite a few cards like Cenn's Enlistment)

The answer to mass tokens is usually pingers (i.e. Cunning Sparkmage) , mass removal (i.e. Drown in Sorrow) and dividable burn (i.e. Arc Lightning). However, putting too much of these cards in your cube also kills aggro.
That said, if Cenn's Enlistment is a problem in your cube you might just want to speed up your cube by supporting aggro more.
Edit; Just looked at your cube and you are playing less token cards than me (both at 360). Are tokens really such a problem?
I may be on the brink of a new playgroup, so I came back in to check on how the old stomping grounds were doing.
Everything's intact. Conversations are still informative, calibretto still disagrees with my position frequently, and we even have a Petyr Baelish fan.
What are the biggest cards I missed? (starting with Throne of Eldraine)
It was a long time ago that Cenn's enlistment was on my radar as a problem card, much less a particularly good card. I assume that tuning your aggro section, devoting more slots to evasion, putting in more late game cards that outvalue it on their own, and trimming some of the surplus away from the grindier decks will refresh the format for you.
To that last point, I feel like grindier cards are very sensitive to the presence of other grindier cards. So you can probably keep Cenn's enlistment and try to see what other cards around it are synergizing with it that you don't really need.

Since ELD? Not much, honestly. M21 is the best set we've seen for peasant in a long while, so it seems like you're coming back just in time. Syr Konrad, the Grim is probably the best card we've gotten in the past year.
Hi Leelue, the cards I have included in my 2 player peasant cube (200 cards) and are quite certain will stay:
Anax, Hardened in the Forge
Chainweb Arachnir
Order of Midnight
Gingerbrute
Good to know, because I didn't really gave that wall of text enough thought.
This was why I didn't included it, since I'm usually drafting with my wife. Other cards might have more lines of text, but the amount of conditions might be a bit overwhelming. Also, I'm not sure if I would like to replace shriekmaw or vampire sovereign for it.
Gingerbrute seems like the most questionable of that bunch. It's compares poorly to slither blade (if blue aggro is a thing for you) unless I'm missing something. And unless something has changed I am pretty sure I like slitherblade more than basically anyone and I still don't run it.

I don't support blue aggro. Having a colourless 1 drop helps support aggro in the other colours, especially WRB. Since I have a small cube (200 cards), it is difficult to find room for a lot of 1 drops. I agree that it is not the most interesting card, and suggestions for swaps are welcome.
I'm looking forward to see which updates you will make. Your cube is one that I often look to for inspiration.
But what I mean is that for even people who explicitly support blue aggro like I do, slitherblade is thought of as a below average card. Gingerbrute is a worse aggro card than slitherblade. And blue aggro has next to nothing by the way of 1 drops for aggro aside from cloudfin raptor, but scarcity alone didn't bump up slitherblade to be included.
So if you're not supporting blue aggro, gingerbrute only goes into decks who have 1 drops of better quality than slitherblade would have been. So how much is boros aggro being helped by a card that doesn't surpass even blue's mediocre offerings?
Wow, it's been that long since I updated my list on cubetuter? Eesh, I'll have to get on that.
I'm pretty sure that just sets from 2020 haven't been attended to. I'm running soulherder, trumpeting herd, watcher for tomorrow, rhox veteran, and rotwidow pack.
From Arbor's list, I have saddled rimestag and the changeling. Turns out I passed over the unicorn because I'm still using Trostani's summoner and never finished testing Ironroot Warlord. Clearly the unicorn is good, but I figured the warlord's immediate board presence and resilience would make for a very high worst case scenario. I am surprised to see treetop ambusher here, but that's because this whole time I thought it had to target another creature. I'll order one now.

What are people running in their gruul slots besides bloodbraid elf? I'm still holding Rhythm of the Wild, but there are like a half dozen cards that all seem excellent here like sunder shaman.
I'd imagine people just don't have real experience with them yet, whereas older cards have had a chance to prove themselves, leaving an impression on which to draw.
