I haven't really participated in these votes thus far 'cause I'm terrible at ranking such a large number of top cards like this, but I'll give it a shot. I play green a lot.
I have never lost a game where I successfully cast Phantom Centaur. That dude is the nut all over the place. Druid's Familiar gets honorable mention for just bein' crazy, for real. Rancor is the biggest pain in the ass in this game. Centaur Glade demands an answer or you just lose to it.
Avacyn's Pilgrim is a selesnya card.
From direction #3, ''treat cards based on what color(s) deck they would be best/fully castable in.'' It costs G, it makes W, it is GW.

I am ranking them on the odds of the card making a significant difference between it ending up in your final cardpool (on color) compared to the number of wins that card seems to directly correlate to.
I don't really know why you would think 2 cards with vastly different mana costs and color could be considered functionally indentical. This question doesn't really make sense to me at all considering we are voting on a color-by-color basis too.
They are the same card barring the color. The both cost 3 and 2 colored, both have trample, both are 4/4's and both have madness for 2 and 1 colored.
I personally didnt think so, but was checking on the off-chance.

being a different colour means a lot, c/f young wolf vs butcher ghoul (butcher ghoul was much much better despite costing twice as much for the same card).
For the voting, yes. Although I myself consider it colorless.
The basic rule is, "if playing card X in a deck with color Y enables certain aspects of the card that are otherwise not enabled the card is considered color Y."
I don't follow this rule in my own cube but it seems like the most fair way to handle the issue without getting into exceptions that are biased. I could say Lingering Souls is Orzhov because of flashback (even though some people run it in White) and Dismember is colorless (even though I think most people consider it Black). But really that is just my personal opinion of how the cards should be classified in Cubes and not actually how the cards are. So I made a hard-and-fast rule and am sticking to it even when it goes against my personal ideas (like with Dismember or Wall).
Edit: If you want to change your voting that's fine but please let me know what the changes are so I don't mess up my records. At school right now so I can't check the document where I have all the green results recorded.

Quite sorry about that.
Wild mongrel is on my list now, Squirrel nest dropped, and the mana elves dropped.

I have never played with a lot of these cards in the C/Ube environment before. I've played them in rare cubes, but not here. Some of these (the lands) are pretty much guesses as to how effective they are here...
So what am I doing with strip mine, lox ham, sol ring and skullclamp, seeing as how I banned them but have played with them (except smine)
Up to you. I didn't list library even though it is technically an uncommon and insane good because I don't really think it is healthy for the cube. (T1 library leads gives you a higher win% than t1 ring).

5 color lands do not count. Only lands which produce colorless/no mana.
Edit : Going to do a smaller sized non-guild aligned land section voting with the guilds. So things like City of Brass, Jund Panorama, and Rith's Lair would be voted on in there.

I'm surprised that 5color lands and 5color rocks are separated
Why? I assumed it was obvious that they would be, 5 colors seems pretty different from no colors. Do most people include 5 color lands in the colorless section? 5 color rocks aren't separated. The land section voting is only lands, not lands and rocks. The colorless section is colorless cards/lands only.

thats a 1 mana card vs. a 5 mana card.... the difference is obvious.
mine both are the same except in color.
