Basic Information Cube Size: 540 cards. Breakdown: 70 of each color, 120 multicolored, 70 colorless. Standard or Theme: Standard. Legality: Vintage. How Often Drafted: Roughly once a Month.
Cube Design Standard or Multiplayer: Multiplayer. Sideboards?: No. Even Color Balance: Yes. Gold Balance: More-or-less. Hybrid/Split/Kicker as Gold: Yes. Color Triggers as Gold: Yes. Perfectly Balanced CMC: No. Snow Lands: No.
Card Selection Proxies: Yes. Powered: No. Portal: Yes. "Un" Cards: No. Banned Cards: Nothing is "banned" per say but the Cube purposely excludes cards/effect such as Sensei's Divining Top, most Stax effects, MLD, Humility, etc. for time considerations. Notes: The Cube has no emphasis on 2 card instant-win combos as they are clearly the most powerful thing to be doing at all times. Too many games were won and lost in the drafting portion which massively benefited the more experienced players and severely hindered the newer ones trying to get into the game.
Really happy to see your list!
That being said, I have a few questions for you:
- I notice you play a Wildfire package but chose to ban Armageddon type effects. How does it play out? Do games slow down too much? I ask because I want to play it myself (minus Burning which is a duel card) to go along side the artifact matters archetype.

The difference between 4 mana and 6 mana is a lot and the difference between 4 lands and "all lands" is also a lot. Whereas Cataclysm tends to drastically warp the game whether you're ahead or behind Wildfire hits later and has less of an impact while still being extremely powerful. The problem with Cataclysm is that since you're the only one who knows that it's coming it's almost impossible to play around or recover from. If you're ahead and cast it you'll almost always win and if you're behind it's incredibly easy to bring things back to parity. I personally think that Cataclysm is much more detrimental than 'Geddon because 'Geddon is legitimately useless if you're behind. In practice it only ever got cast as a final "screw you all" that would drag the game out for another 10 more turns than it needed to go. A very, very small % of the time someone could get very far ahead, 'Geddon and win but in general it as just a big waste of time. Wildfire is legitimately useful when behind and if you ever find yourself ahead or at parity then it can almost always put you in a strong position.
The Wildfire archetype isn't very popular but it's not despised. People, for whatever reasons, don't seem to want to draft it very often despite the fact that RG Fires has a very strong winrate. Still, Wildfire almost never warps the game in the same way that Cataclysm does. Given that Red is already one of the weakest colors that relies entirely on its explosive endgame to make up for its lack of card draw, lifegain, recursion, etc. I don't feel bad giving it powerful cards. I do want to stress that 4 lands is far fewer than "all lands" though and that it's very easy to keep playing Magic even in the face of a mid-to-lategame Wildfire. Early ramp into a Wildfire is obviously powerful but that's ok in my mind. Red should be able to do something powerful to win games.
Not at this time. I don't really know how I'd go about adding a bunch of 3 colored cards i.e. what I'd remove. I would LOVE to play with both cards though since they both play very well in my Wildfire decks.
- Your list seems all good stuff with little archetype support. Have you tried different themes?
I've supported GW Tokens, UB mill, UW Reanimator, GR Wildfire, UR Artifacts, RB mass lifeloss, etc. That being said my favorite tool has always been the hammer and so whenever possible I just want to field good cards.
I have a bit of feedback/discussion for you on this.
First off, Soulfire Grand Master is not WU, it's simply W. If you don't count Crypt Ghast as WB, then you have some inconsistency. This goes back to card color vs. color identity. For Commander format purposes, SGM is tri-color, but for permanent color, it's mono-color.
Second, I'm curious about your fifth slot on the gold cards. You count Krosan Verge and Deathrite Shaman in place of a signet, but not Kiora's Follower. With the proper pieces, KF can quickly out-scale the other two in terms of mana generation. This seems like the perfect spot for Bring to Light.
I notice the only two PW you have are colorless. Perhaps the next revision could include tri-color as well? Since only two exist, it shouldn't throw the balance off too much.

I don't sweat these things too much. I even count Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth as a colorless land. It's my Cube and I don't really give a **** if it's perfectly 100% symmetrical or balanced or fair or whatever. I'm not obliged to adhere to a specific set of guidelines so I won't. I don't really want to add 3+ color cards to the Cube, they basically never made the cut in previous revisions, but at the same time I want SFGM in there. That's that. I'm going to play it because it's a powerful card that I want people to play with. I'm not going to lose a wink of sleep over my Cube not being perfectly balanced.

I'm definitely not cutting KF and I don't think that BtL is cubeworthy. I don't think that the card is actively good in 3 color decks and I'm not going to add a 4-5 color card to my Cube that doesn't even have tri-color support. With respect to Signets vs Spells, again, I don't care about perfect symmetry or full cycles or stuff like that. I care about functionality and power. If people like to restrict themselves and say "if one color combo has Signet then every color combo needs it" that's fine. People can do whatever they want. I personally don't really care about that type of stuff.

That's not true, I have big Elspeth and like every Garruk. They're the ones that I'm fairly happy to play in multiplayer. Otherwise, what do you mean including tri-color in the next revision? Just add some more multicolor cards basically? Whenever I've tried that in the past it's never really worked. There's not much payoff in most of the 3+ color cards so they mostly just wheeled and sat in the SB.

My point was to list it in the white color section, not a random two color section when it has three colors in the identity. I'm not really talking about balance.

Wondering about recent updates, as I will be using your cube as a baseline for mine when I return home for the holidays. Specifically your Commander 2015 updates since I see you've updated up to the set with Emeria Shepherd. Grasp of Fate, Blade of Selves, Mystic Confluence, maybe Oreskos Explorer? More?
So I recently acquired 3 more Gaea's Cradles and have thus finally completed the playset. Recently I've been doing some goldfishing with the deck and there are some things that I really like and some things that aren't bad, but aren't ideal either. So far I haven't tried Skullclamp yet since I prefer to stick to Legacy banned list, eventhough it's not 'not' allowed by my play group. However, I do really like Sylvan Messenger as a draw card, only downside is that it doesn't pair that well with NO, GSZ, HOOF and Wirewood. Playing 4 Cradles and 4 Elvish Archdruid (and having the ability to tap him multiple times a turn -> Wirewood) generates tons of mana. I just feel like I want to be able to do a little bit more with all that mana. Since currently there's really only Ezuri, Renegade Leader and a hardcast Craterhoof Behemoth. Therefore, since the deck is so similar to the previous list, I'd like to turn my eyes towards Wren's Run Packmaster as something in which I can invest that *****load of mana to generate an even bigger *****load of mana (and Wolf tokens). I also believe that a singleton Silklash Spider will be really good as well. Any other cards I'm missing that can be used multiple times for big mana investments? I'm thinking this list more or less:

- I notice you play a Wildfire package but chose to ban Armageddon type effects. How does it play out? Do games slow down too much? I ask because I want to play it myself (minus Burning which is a duel card) to go along side the artifact matters archetype.
- Any plans on including Soulfire Grand Master and/or the red 4 drop tri-brid?
- Your list seems all good stuff with little archetype support. Have you tried different themes?
Anyways, thanks for taking the time to write up your list!
My 450ish 1vs1 cube
I've supported GW Tokens, UB mill, UW Reanimator, GR Wildfire, UR Artifacts, RB mass lifeloss, etc. That being said my favorite tool has always been the hammer and so whenever possible I just want to field good cards.

I think that I will cut Alchemist's Refuge for Coiling Oracle though.

"Personally I love high-riak, low-reqars gambles. Life's best with a decent amount of riak. And f*** reqars."
No sorry :<.
On another note I updated my Cube to reflect all that changes that I've made to it.
