how many cards did hermit druid typically mill? how many tokens did spider spawning produce? it sounds like you were running quite a bit of non-creature spells so it sounds like it would make spawning a little less productive. gnaw to the bone put up good results as well?
One ofmy favorite things about the dredge deck is how it doesn't follow the normal rules of card advantage, so you can play less of certain cards and still find them when you need them.
I have heard some people talk about Mage-Ring Bully. You seem to have added it - but why? I would say red's 2-drop spot is one of the more crowded ones and this just seems bad, to be honest. I think a simple bear with Prowess would likely not make the cut but this guy has one of the worse draw-backs. It cannot really even be bluffed because the thing attacks in any case.
Other than that, I do particularly appreciate the trio of Abzan Falconer, Ainok Bond-Kin and Cenn's Tactician in white. While I only play the last one, their cross-synergies seem considerable.
Being forced to attack is arguably a stronger bluff than not being forced to attack.
In any case, the drawback is pretty severe, and comparing it to seeker of the way which is in itself somewhat spotty I don't like this card anymore.
I'm trying out burn4 tomorrow night but the two player drafting styles I've enjoyed the most is Solomon drafting with a 5 card Fact or Fiction Split.
Also just doing thirty packs of ten where you burn the eight remaining cards is fun. The decks tend be pretty powerful since you see 285 cards.
I'm a huge fan of some of the archetypes you are (successfully) supporting.
I've been doing 6 packs of 18 cards each and burning 2 cards.
Wight of precinct six has been very good for me in nonaggro decks looking for 2s.
Stun sniper interests me but paying mana for relevance is... tough. I already don't feel happy with 1 mana tappers so a gold slot on a tapper sucks. But I can't properly gauge how good it is being dualmodal
I definitely recommend Torrent of Souls. That card frequently does 9+ damage worth of pumping. It feels like casting overrun, except you need less board presence to pull it off.
I think Frenzied Tilling might be too slow, Mwonvuli Acid-Moss is already very slow. Do you really want to spend a guild slot on frenzied tilling?
I've never seen it get cast without black mana. It costs five so you always have both colors by the time you can cast it. I have seen it cast for lethal bringing back nothing from the graveyard, but that's kind of a weird corner case. A five mana sorcery speed Trumpet Blast isn't really what anyone wants. It's kind of like Unburial Rites. Uninspiring black card, great Orzhov/Rakdos card, terrible white/red card.
If I remember correctly, you were pondering about white as a reanimation colour and mentioned Ancestor's Chosen back then. Maybe it just felt like a decent enough finisher / blink target despite the reanimation pack not being included?
I can get behind all the inclusions, although Blighted Cataract still holds some promise and Distortion Strike might not be all that great. For the most part, it would seem to be used in conjunction with some other boost (sacs, etc.), which would make the Rebound a bit redundant. Shadow Rift might work for a similar purpose, while also having the alternative of making some blocker unusable for the turn?
I would probably suggest Possessed Skaab over Moroii. Not that Moroii is bad or anything but Possessed Skaab was really, really good when I had a chance to test it in another local player's Peasant Cube. It is a serious consideration for me, even though my current Dimir section of two is a bit too tight with Baleful Strix and Doctor Teeth.
Hmmm... I used to have Hunting Triad in at some point and I suppose I could replace Predator's Howl with it. Howl is only worth it with Morbid and tends to have a somewhat awkward timing restriction as a result. Most people would probably question the change but I just like modular cards and with the influx of werewolves, the fact that Reinforce is an ability and not an alternative casting seems occasionally relevant because it helps them transform.

Have you considered Dread Statuary?
Using a guild spot on Orim's Thunder makes me cringe. It's a fine card but artifact/enchantment hate in a precious guild slot!? Why not Stun Sniper or Sunhome Guildmage?
Why no Lyev Skyknight (:heart:)?
Why run Moment's Peace?
Giant Growth is so boring. What about Prey's Vengeance or Primal Bellow
Phantom Centaur being the only protection from color in the cube seems odd to me.
I take it Golgari Brownscale is there for the dredge? Moldervine Cloak is pretty sick.

I think that unless you plan on doing 8 mans frequently, 360 is plenty large. At 482 I wouldn't go much higher.
