So...is this just a pile or would you be okay with playing something like this?
I would play Firebolt over the other burn spells as it can be discarded while retaining value.
Siege-gang Commander needs to be in there too, as it works fine with Sneak Attack and with reanimation.
I might also play Contagion instead of the burn.

I think it looks like a fine deck! I'd be happy to field that thing. Might make a couple of small changes to get SGC and Firebolt in there, but it's certainly not a bad looking deck.
I agree with the SCG and Firebolt swaps, but that looks like a fun deck. I'd expect it to go 2:1 in my meta, though it could do better if I landed the Sneak Attack against control. It's a fine example of how Sneak Attack is not a single card strategy but works beautifully combined with reanimation and bounce.

Ya, with the Tutor, the Shard and the Stronghold, Sneak Attack could do some real work in that deck. Even with one of the smaller ETB dudes.
Would you have built it differently? I know you guys don't sideboard, so maybe in that light i would of built it a bit differently, but with sideboarding I like this configuration because if the opponent is swarm aggro, i can mold the deck into more mass removal with the help of EE, deed, and toxic deluge. Without sideboarding, I suppose I would of made the following changes:
Hero's Downfall --> Toxic Deluge
I feel like I win the midrange/control matchup pretty easily, which is where HD rly shines. I'd rather have a more splashable/scaleable answer to a quick start from aggro.
I don't think I would change it. Deluge isn't spectacular in this deck, and I don't think you need any anti-aggro stuff, considering this deck has a good matchup against it to begin with.

I drafted this reanimator deck, which was unfortunately 1 fatty short of being godly. As it is, it's still a pretty good build though: http://cubetutor.com/cubedeck/63771.
You only run 7 superfatties in your cube, which I think is a one or two too few for a cube that supports reanimator to the extent of running Exhume. I run 10 in my 450, which is perhaps a little over generous, but I think 8 or 9 might be better for a cube of this size.

I'm sure you've tried it but Hellkite Overlord has always been a great card for us. Natural Order and Reanimate decks love it and it isn't unreachable at 8 mana for a deck with some elves and cultivates.
We had Hellkite Overlord in ages ago, but eventually cut him in favor of Broodmate. Now with the changes the cube has gone through since the time he was in, I wonder if he might just be a better choice.

Ya, he can be a good ramp target, Natural Order target and reanimation target. Maybe we'll see what he can do in a future update.
What changes would you make if you were to make this unpowered?
I don't know, really. Remove the power 9 and a handful of the other really broken cards? Ring, Library, Jitte and the other fast mana?
You'll have to check with the unpowered cube experts. Every group has different cards they feel are "too good" for their unpowered format. Since "too good" makes no sense to me, I can't answer your question with a particularly valuable answer.
Talk to your playgroup and see which cards they're be uninterested in playing, and cut those.

Is your alter of Mana Tithe supposed to be Lucifer from the Sandman graphic novels? It's looks a lot like him, especially as depicted in the first 8 issues.

It was good for one thing. But I want my fatties to be playable in multiple different decks.
