I like those changes a lot, pretty much upgrades all around, though I think hellion crucible and staff of nin are both bad, and hellion crucible seems more like a red card to me than colorless?
I do artifacts and lands in kind of a weird way, where I just have 100 slots total for the combination of the two, as opposed to a certain number for either. I also originally had 2 cycles of lands that were basically mono-coloured, one that produced coloured mana and had an activation cost, and one that produced colourless and had primarily a 1C activation cost. The Hellion Crucible was part of the latter, but I've kind of gutted those to cycles, so there isn't as much of a colour affiliation anymore.
As for Staff of Nin I don't know why but I'm just in love with the card lately. I don't feel like it's an "overall" good card, but I think it's something that specific decks would enjoy. I'm thinking of the decks that go heavy on ramp, mana dorks, or mana rocks and a lot of times run their hand out quickly and get punished too hard for it if their one big spell fails, whereas this gives them some needed card advantage, while almost being a mid-rangy spell for them specifically, sort of like a Phyrexian Arena for those decks and a meh card for other decks. Also, I think it's a good early Tinker target, you know in the case where you haven't had the opportunity to make your opponent run out their removal yet, and don't have protection in your hand, so just getting a big dude is riskier than basically casting a Ritual into an Arena almost.
In short, I'm not thinking of Staff of Nin as a regular 6 drop... I'm taking a sort of Vintage approach to it, where you generally stay within the 0-3 spell range, but in the case of Workshop decks you're playing a bulk of 3-4 drops that really function as 1-2 drops... That's what I think Staff has the potential of being, a card that you just can run out turns 3-4, in decks that want to play out a large portion of their hand in those turns and as such are vulnerable to losing their important big card as they lack a significant enough way to recoup the card "disadvantage". Sometimes just running out mana dorks and ramp spells into a big threat like Avenger of Zendikar or even Sundering Titan results in a Wrath from them that leaves you so far behind that you're too reliant on top decking. It just feels like Staff helps overcome those Wraths and more importantly that spot removal.
Next pack is being passed to you soon... In the mean time, I can feel bad for buying all sorts of foils on ebay, including a 7th Edition Wrath, after watching an FBB German dual go beyond the price I wanted to pay and beyond that of the last one that sold from that seller for far less. Does anyone have a good site to buy FBB cards from? I'm particularly looking for Revised FBB duals for 100$ or less in good condition, well the cheaper ones at least.
@Rantipole: Yea, you're probably right, 2 cards for 2 mana and 2 life just isn't that great anymore, especially at sorcery speed. I remember back in the Onslaught-Mirrodin era when it was fantastic, but now we just have better options. I can say though that I've used Sign and Blood as a bad Lava Spike in draft quite often though, especially when going into a WB deck that might have very limited reach, but good aggressive starts. The card advantage wasn't bad either as White doesn't really draw cards, so black is usually what does it, in which case you're mostly looking for things like Bob.
Likewise, the only change I don't like is the Lantern cut. But at 405, fixing for 3+ color decks is likely easier than it is for rant's 500 cube and my 540 cube.
I didn't hate Lantern but I felt like it just didn't do enough, as it seemed like Coldsteel Heart was enough fixing a turn earlier. I was thinking about cutting Rakdos Keyrune at first but most of the time the body has proven itself very valuable as it can kill a lot of creatures without dying and put up a rather quick clock post Wildfire. Really, my biggest issue with the card was that it was 3 mana, and unlike Relic which takes you from 3-5/6 mana, this only takes you from 3-4/5. Relic is just awesome, and often times a first pick as it's a Worn Powerstone that makes coloured mana, comes into play untapped, and is immune from being tapped during your upkeep.
In other news, I'm thinking about moving up to 450, any card suggestions?
[/spoiler]This would take a bit longer to decide, but I'd like taking Solemn Simulacrum over Bob. Seems likely it'd be main-deckable, keeps me colorless, and combines with the mox for a very accelerated gameplan. If Simic Sky Swallower is any indication of the finishers available, going ramp/control seems a fine idea.
By the way, I never heard back from you about the formatting thing, which I had saved in a post in my cube thread. Don't want to keep it there anymore, so here ya are. It's probably a bit outdated:

Oh wow, hey, thanks for stopping by. Sorry I've been super terrible about getting back to you and I honestly thought I responded to your message.
I really appreciate the work you put in and I'm super pleased with it, the only reasons I haven't put it up yet was because I kind of vanished from the forums for a little while as life took over between working conventions and school. The other minor reason was that I was trying to get different banner pictures for the sections to better represent the contents of the cube, but I've also been slacking on it.
I also have to update the changes I made to the cube in this tread too as I've been slacking on that. Hopefully now that I'm on vacation I can get it all sorted out, even if the weekends aren't very open for me with 2 GPs and mini-Con coming up for me.
No worries - life happens! I'm not very familiar with rare cubes, but if you give me a list of card art that you'd want to include in each banner, I wouldn't mind creating some similar to mine. (actually, I need to do the same for peasant; I'm still using the pauper banners I originally made)
Here's a list of cards I like the art of personally, but as the artist I want you to have the final say on things as I know that not all of the arts mentioned here will blend well. Hopefully I've provided enough goo suggestions, some of it will probably be extra so fit what you can but don't feel any obligation to include all of it. Also, once again thank you for all of the awesome work you're doing for me :).
Edit: Oh, and if possible it would be cool if the Planeswalker for each of the five colours was the center of the banner.
Or I'd take the Eternal Witness because it's bonkers, and start cutting green.
Whichever I was in the mood for during a given draft.

What do you think of Sign in Blood? It has a higher colour commitment than Whisper, but it can always be used as a shock to the face too.
P2: Thalia
Im going to try and go aggro here... although, I am doing this blind (imagining that I was just asked to draft..)
cant comment on your changes as I am not looking at the list currently as im trying to blindly do this.
