Okay, Major Update, I went through the OP Cube list and changed it to reflect what is currently in the cube. There were quite a few changes so I'm not going to write out a change log on this one, suffice it to say that most of the comments from others in previous posts were taken into account. Power and all duals have been added, I lost Terramorphic Expanse, Isochron Scepter, Razormane Masticore, Basilisk Collar, and Loxodon Warhammer to make room for them. The duals replaced what I felt were the weakest lands in their colors, also Blood Crypt were added as I found it in one of my decks and did not know that I owned one!(Had 3 in that deck). Time Walk and Ancestral Recall replaced Time Warp and Preordain.
Yes, yes, and yes, but be warned that any hint of cutting Deep Analysis will be met with severe finger-wagging on these boards.
Although I would probably remove Ludevic's Test Subject and Windfall before any of those cards you listed (with the caveat being that I've never tested either).
Work has been super busy lately and it's been awhile since I updated the cube, a few sets have come out and RtR really through my guild sections off, I have decided not to do anything about it until the block finishes out so I can see if there are enough viable hybrids to make a little hybrid section. Right now the cube is sitting at 400 purely because I haven't drafted it in a while and I'm not sure where to make cuts, and I'm not sure if I want to until this block is behind us, I might stay permanently at 400 or move up or down, not sure yet.
The entire first post has been gone through to reflect all current changes, and I will be adding pictures later today of some of my more interesting alters/foils. I've added quite a few cards obviously most from the newer sets but I also got in a couple older cards like an alteredVendilion Clique, Sinkhole, Flickerwisp, Noble Hierarch, etc. Return to Ravnica added quite a few cards, Vraska the Unseen, Ash Zealot, Rakdos Cackler, Rakdos Shred-Freak, the new Jace, and a couple foil shocklands round out the notables I believe.
Anyway feel free to check out the new list and I'm always interested in what y'all like, don't like, or think I totally messed up on.
Thanks Eidolon, I love the functional recommendations, and I fixed the spelling typos. My changelog was not current at all, the last one that I actually added to the log was back in May, so I need to update that badly!
Test subject is no longer in the cube.
The comparison to your cube doesn't seem to help much as yours is 50 cards heavier and is unpowered. Are you not playing Loam Lion?
I do feel that I'm planeswalker heavy, but my players all seem to really like them, I could try out Bloodgift demon for a while, I believe he was in my first incarnation of this cube. I'm waiting for the end of this block to make drastic cuts but I do hear where you're coming from about Predator Ooze even though he has made some good showings in past drafts.
I like some of the cards in the recommended lists but the unusual list seems to list all of the cards from newer sets, as well as some that seem to be staples.
***Major Update*** Main Cube fat trimmed back to 360, sub stack created.
I am currently trying out a new modular cube design which allows for a quick change between an unpowered 225 Winston/Grid Stack, a powered 360 Cube, and a powered 540 archetype centered Cube. All of the cards in the smaller cubes will be present in the cubes that are larger than them, by utilizing small color coded stickers on the front inside sleeve of each card sorting down or up should be fairly quick. I currently have the 225 stack and the 360 expansion pack built and I am working on the expansion pack that will bump it to 540. I am looking forward to the success of this project with great anticipation because it will mean I will have the power drafting of an undiluted 360, the casual drafting of a nice stack for a few players, and the creative archetype drafting of the larger cubes that get to play with more cards! I have play-tested it at both 225 and 360 at this point and it is working well, as always any and all feedback is welcome!
I would specifically like feedback on whether you think cards that are in the 225 should be switched for counterparts in the 360 or vice versa, and what cards I should include in the expansion packs that will jump it to 450 and to 540.
I do understand that none of these cubes will be ideal for there size ranges, the goal is for versatility over all of the draft formats.
I know I still have a few glaring weaknesses namely the lack of Tarmogoyf, and the WU and WG Fetches, I am trying to acquire them.
I also acquired some new cards and am trying to fit these in and determine whether they should they go in at a 225 spot or in the 360?
Out ---> In
Terestadon ---> Woodfall Primus
Sundering Titan? ---> Smokestack
Nantuko Shade? ---> Oona's Prowler
Beast Within ---> Call of the Herd
I'd probably lose Knight of Infamy rather than Nantuko Shade.
I don't think I will ever cut Sundering Titan while I still have Tinker in my cube. There are a good number of other cuts I see available for Smokestack in your colorless section. I would try to find something else.

I think Profane Command is amazing, and definitely 360 worthy. Knight of Infamy (more a 450 card, IMO) would be my first cut in your black section, and after that, probably Griselbrand (needs more reanimator support than I see in your cube) or Black Sun's Zenith (the worst of your black wraths).
Ratchet Bomb is an okay cut, but I don't think it's your worst colorless card. Colorless removal for permanents is valuable to those colors that have difficulty with specific permanents, and can be useful to aggro decks looking to nuke an opponent's moxen/fast-manafacts. In a powered cube, cards like Basilisk Collar, Chromatic Lantern, Bonehoard, Triskelion , and Precursor Golem stand out as easier cuts to me. Golem and Trike being the closest in power level to Ratchet Bomb in this list.

That all sounds like pretty sound advice, I'll probably look more into losing Knight for the prowler and maybe cutting BLZ for Slaughterpact, Chromatic Lantern is a recent addition and I want to test it more, out of those suggestions I feel like bonehoard seems like the right cut for smokestack.
I had some pretty awesome drafts over the weekend before I had to go out of town again, and we also decided to do a two man grid draft of the 135 powered card expansion that resulted in some awesome plays, including dropping a second turn Sun Titan after a 1st turn sol ring and a second turn Black Lotus, which, of course, resulted in the Lotus coming back. In the next match I followed Time Spiral up with Black Lotus, Dark Ritual, and Mind Twist to empty my opponents hand.
It makes me wonder if I can balance them out and make a 225 unpowered and add cards to the 135 and mix them around to make a 225powered that when added together make a 450 so no duplicates between the two.
Green had a couple of notable subs as well with Abundant Growth, Wolfir Avenger ,Great Stable Stag, and Wolfir Silverheart being replaced with Arbor Elf, Scavenging Ooze, Mire Boa and Vorapede.
In White Angelic Destiny was replaced with Elspeth Tirel.

The other cuts look fine to me.

What about moving Carnophage up to 360, cutting Profane command, and adding Oona's Prowler at 225?
Would Ratchet bomb be a better cut for Smokestack?
