Overmaster is in there because Faithless Looting isn't recognized.
EDIT:
I'm also trying out Reckless Waif instead of Ashmouth Hound (only change I made today I believe). I really liked the Hound though, he was pretty awesome. I might have to cut something else (A.K.A. Molten Rain) to get him back in there if Reckless Waif works out.
I'm at 2.80 mana per card, I don't know if that's lower than anyone else.
It really depended on how large the draft was, but overall it was actually pretty terrible. In 8 mans, it would *always* get played and do very well, nabbing Terastodon or Primus pretty easily.
In 4 mans, it would get played maybe ~50% of the time (when it was in the draft pool, so 25% overall if that makes sense). If there was a blue-green drafter at the table, they could usually pick it up and get Simic Sky Swallower late.
Out of about 30 two-man draft formats, it saw play twice and was intentionally hate drafted three or four times (or the targets would get hated, like I would pick up Woodfall Primus first pick after they picked up Natural Order earlier in a two-man Rochester).
So yeah, that's ridiculously low. The main problem is that it doesn't have anywhere close to the number of targets Tinker has. Those targets can also get put into other decks (reanimator), so it's pretty tough to actually make it work. I had high hopes, and they were definitely dashed.
Natural Order was pretty awesome for us at 540, but we had way more targets in that cube and consistently pulled 6-12 people for drafts. If we still had that many people drafting, I'd consider putting it back in since in a 6-man or an 8-man it's definitely awesome.
-------
On a similar note, I'm thinking about cutting Simic Sky Swallower for Trygon Predator. He seems way better in a cube that's all about swords. The main thing preventing me from doing so is that Simic Sky Swallower is awesome for reanimator.
In addition to being good in reanimator, it's a great ramp target and control finisher. SSS has so many player kills it's silly. I like it more than the predator, even at 360.
The tool linked in my signature also allows you to calculate the average casting cost of your cube and already uses the fixed costs for a good number of cards.
If you want to list them different, you can simply modify the database with a text editor to set casting cost, type and even add your own cards.
I'd manually calculate your CMC, since it doesn't take account of stuff like Moltensteel Dragon being a 4/5 drop, or Into the Roil being a four drop ( as I count it)
Would this actually change a lot though? I don't think it would. Deckstats is probably even preferable.
There would have to be two factors involved for it to make a difference:
1) It would have to be a card one of us is running, but the other is not.
2) In addition to the first qualification, the card in question would have to be a card that most people classify as a different CMC than what Deckstats determine its cost is.
EDIT:
For instance, maybe I'm running Into The Roil while you are not. I would be "cheating" two CMC overall with Deckstats because it's classified as a two mana spell instead of a four mana spell.
However, Deckstats can also help a lot too. If both of us are running Force of Will and one is classifying it as 5 CMC while the other is classifying it as 0 CMC, Deckstats actually is preferable here because it classifies it as 5 CMC for both of us.
I'm not saying that I classify mine at 5, but who knows how people are classifying stuff like that.
Chances are there aren't that many cards that fit both criteria.
A randomly selected 15 from my cube. Make your top 3 picks from this pack as if it was your P1P1 choice. A brief description of WHY the card is your P1P1 choice will be very beneficial for discussion and for those folks using this as a draft tool for learning!

If you can't see the images, the pack is as follows:
Winter Orb - Colorless disruption that can play in a number of different decks. Enlightened Tutor - Fetches out some of the most powerful and versatile cards in the cube at instant speed. Not a lot of white, possible to cut it going left. Mind Twist - Lots of black cards in here. I can see a few others at the draft getting into black from this pack otherwise this pick would be higher.
1) Mind Twist: Brute power 2) Winter Orb: 'T is the Season! I have seen so many ends when someone plays Winter Orb. Often it is just as instant-win as Armagedon 3) Ancient Tomb or Enlightened Tutor: Tomb makes almost any deck faster and keeps your options open, Enlightend Tutor is a tutor and tutor tend to be pretty good
15)Mystic Snake: I don't want to commit to two colours unless the card is really convincing (Vindicate, Deed, Ajani)
1. Mind Twist - can absolutely devastate an opponent, and does not need a heavy black commitment.
2. Winter Orb - very strong colourless aggro enabler, and this is an aggro focused cube! Note that although it does not push me towards a particular colour, it does push me towards a particular strategy. P1p1 artifacts are not always as noncommittal as some people make out.
3. Enlightened Tutor - can search for some of the most powerful cube cards, and allows me to draft a toolbox (makes Seal of Cleansing much better).
"When I use a word," Humpty Dumpty said, in rather a scornful tone, "it means just what I choose it to mean - neither more nor less." -Lewis Carroll, Through the Looking Glass
I would probably pick Sower higher than most people here. I would definitely pick it over Enlightened Tutor and Bribery. In terms of cards that make me want to go blue, it's probably in the top 5 (excluding power). At a quick glance, that 5 would be something like Treachery, Jace 2, Glen Elendra, Sower, Snapcaster...
Mystic Snake as easily the last pick for me: obscene mana requirements & needs a way to be abused.
1 Mind Twist: it is a game breaking card every time it resolves. Solid in all matchups unlike winter orb.
2 Winter Orb: Should win the game on the spot every time except in an aggro mirror.
3 Kargan Dragonlord: Red is the best aggro color, and committing to aggro is something I usually want to do. Possible this should be jackal pup in that case but I consider the Dargonlord the best red 2 drop.
Last pick Mystic Snake, though only in P1P1 situations as in a real draft it probably wouldn't go last as someone around pick 9-10 would probably be in either both or one of the colors and willing to splash for an awesome card.
A ton of love for Enlightened Tutor around these parts, wow. Did not expect to see it any higher than 3rd, and I was really surprised to see it on everyone's list.
1) Mind Twist. Strongest card in the pack, bar none.
2) Winter Orb. I like playing aggro, and staying colorless to feel out the draft a little more is awesome.
3) Bribery. At 360, Bribery is a giant beating, and it's only five mana. Even aggro decks usually play a 5 mana guy that is usually better against them than any five mana guy you have. If your opponent happens to be playing a Tinker target, Reanimator, or a Titan, it's just nuts.
Last pick - Liliana's Specter. It's very black-intensive and you don't get a lot out of it. Mystic Snake is a better card even though you commit to two colors.
The Specter has also been underwhelming for me, even though I initially had high hopes for it. I probably maindeck it about as often as I do Kargan Dragonlord. But she manages to stick around in 360s still. Black 3CC is kind of weak.
1. Mind Twist: Duh! It's a complete beating.
2. Winter Orb: One of aggro's best cards; it puts you on the aggro path but keeps your color options completely open.
3. Enlightened Tutor: Fetches whatever broken stuff you've drafted or a silver bullet to bail you out (Disk, O-Ring, etc.)
Last pick: Probably Mystic Snake because there is not always a UG drafter in the pool.
Man, I'm a big Liliana's Specter fan. It's exactly what I want in my aggressive black decks - an evasive beater AND disruption, slotted together. I'd also love a 1B 2/1 nonflying version. That'd be cool.
I'd definitely play the 1B version. The 1BB flyer isn't bad at all, it's just a little black intensive and definitely archetype intensive. The 1B 2/1 ground guy would be splashable and easier to play on turn 2 than the Specter is to play on turn 3. The fact that he might get in more damage early is important too.
I like Liliana's Specter, I just think it would be the card I'm least likely to pick first (I would almost assuredly pick every card in this pack over it). Like I said, it's still great, but every card at 360 is.
1. Mind Twist - This card is amazing. Splashable, disruptive card advantage that usually has a devastating impact for your opponent.
2. Winter Orb - A very powerful aggro support-card that doesn't color-commit me.
3. Bribery - One of the best mid-range/control cards for blue ...always easily worth the 5 mana, even against aggro. And it's insane against mid-range and control where grabbing Titans and Wurmcoils is just too good.
A nod to Sower of Temptation; one of the best blue creatures in the cube, and if it wasn't heads-up against Bribery, it would be my number 3 pick.
Expected forced card - Liliana's Specter. It's a good card, but it's probably the weakest one in the pack.
I think that went over really well. This one might not be so easy for top picks.

If you can't see the images, the pack is as follows:
1. Imperial seal - sorcery vamp tutor is still good!
2. Misty Rainforest - I love fetchlands and getting them early means you can get some good duals to make splashes.
3. Char - only because blood crypt and possibly badlands will table, meaning that R/b aggro could be played.
Last: Hmmm, this one is hard but probably blood crypt is the worst in the pack, only because badlands is in there.

Want to Cube but don't have one? Check the map if anyone is in your area and get cubing!
Pretty tough pack. If I was winstoning, where fixing is much more prioritized, I would go
1) Misty Rainforest - great colors for a fetchland, green & blue are the most commonly played colors in my 360
2) Remand - I don't like this card that much, but it can go in any deck that plays blue and is easily splashable
3) Necromancy, Mishra's Factory, or Badlands, depending on what kind of deck I feel like playing that day. Necromancy fits in most black midrange/control decks, Mishra goes into almost any deck period, and Badlands is a great land for aggro.
Last Pick: Wild Mongrel. I don't like it, and won't pick it unless I'm pretty solidly in a green aggressive strategy or reanimator.
I make really weird picks because I like to force decks.
1. Timetwister - I like U/x aggro even if it's not supported and I may wheel the Remand. If you haven't tried this card is U/R fish or U/W weenie it's pretty good.
2. Imperial Seal - I like to draft wonky decks and tutors help those decks out.
4. Misty Rainforest - This is probably the correct pick but 3+ color control is not really my style. I know this can go in any deck but I just hate to pick fixing over more focused cards.
1. Imperial Seal. A sorcery-speed Vampiric Tutor is still a sorcery-speed Vampiric Tutor.
2. Ajani Goldmane. I'm surprised by the lack of love for this guy on these boards. Nothing crushes an aggro mirror like Mr. Goldmane, and that's particularly important in the 360 lists that support a lot of aggro.
3. Wild Mongrel. This is one of the better green creatures in the cube, and he'll make the cut in pretty much every green deck I'll build. It's particularly nice to pick him up early, because he's a great support card for all graveyard decks too. A great enabler.
Honorable Mention: Timetwister. Draw-7's are just good. Especially when they cost 3 mana. Any aggro/mid-range/ramp blue deck would be happy to windmill-slam this card.
Last Pick: I don't really know. There aren't any weak links in this pack, really. Maybe the Hypnotic Specter, just because he's double-black and there's two better black cards in this pack already.
1. Imperial Seal: Almost as good as Vampiric Tutor is good enough for me.
2. Timetwister: Splashable draw-7 is pretty good. Will make most midrange and control decks.
3. Ajani Goldmane: Pulls me firmly toward white but that's OK because he goes well in white aggro, midrange, and token decks.
HM to Wild Mongrel and Necromancy.
This pack is pretty stacked. I'd probaby take Blood Crypt last because if I was in BR I'd take Badlands first.

I also have 73 1cc cards compared to wtwlf123's 60 1cc cards and sexy's 67 1cc cards, so yeah, Reckless Waif might be pretty bad here.
