So after having my collection stolen about a year ago, I'm now rebuilding to an acceptable collection. My friends all love limited, however a lot of our drafting happens online. So what to do? Build a cube to draft in real life. I give you Ludo's Uncommon/Common cube. I tried to design the cube with a mixture of powerful and powerfully interesting cards that have unique effects and unique interactions. My first experiences lead me to wanting a few more cards with unique and cool abilities, and some larger creatures for most of the colors. I thank everyone for their input and hope my list can help cube builders of the future!
Agreed with eidolon's suggestions, and in addition, I'll post the obligatory "too much multicolor" advice... I think it could be scaled WAY back; probably by at least half.

and some clearer organization and autocarding would make further discussion simpler.
When I see Healing Salve, I'm often like "Oh girl, I wish I could turn every card into this." Thanks they removed the gain life part, otherwise this would have been broken.

Oh, God... yes. The less multicolor you have, the tighter your cube will become. Generally your multicolor section should be about 10% of your cube. My cube is 545 cards and I have 55 multicolor cards.
Thank you for the break down as well as the typos, all of that has been fixed as well as the random rares that snuck in. What's the argument against the multi-color spells, I see most of them as incredibly unique abilities that are extremely strong.
Mono color spells are generally stronger because they go into more decks. Multicolor cards need to be twice as strong as a monocolor card to make the cut, IMO. Look at Dark Banishing vs Vindicate, for example. After cutting multicolor back in my cube to where it currently sits I immediately noticed a rise in pack and deck quality. Multicolor cards should be treated as an added bonus and not a necessity when drafting and deck building.
it's purely mathematical. multicolor can't coexist as easily in the same decks as monocolor can. if i see a red card and a green card, they can both go in my deck no problem. if i see a red/green card and a white/black card, that's much harder to put together. the more multicolor your run, the more likely that sort of thing will be, and the weaker and slower your decks will be.

Is it possible to change the title after it's been posted? Or do I need to contact a moderator?
Ya, when you're looking at the listing for your thread in the cube forum, double click in the box where the thread title is. It will highlight the name, and you can change it.
What are your favorite fun cube cards? I'm looking to provide some more interesting synergies as well as cards that have effects that are incredibly fun.
Phyrexian Processor. It's a skill testing card, that's high risk, high reward. It it takes your opponent 3-4 turns to find a disenchant, you've won the game by then. Very fun, very risky card. I like it.

If the cards don't need to be good Warp World is the most fun Magic card ever. There are also some pretty cool Un cards if you are comfortable using those.
Oh, my bad. Most of the exciting, high risk/high reward cards with unique and memorable effects tend to be rares, unfortunately.
I had a very underpowered peasantish cube, and decided to redefine "peasant" to mean common, uncommon, or rare that costs less than $.25, for this reason. Now my cube is full of crappy fun rares, and I have to spend to most to get uncommon stuff like Calciderm and Cloudgoat Ranger...
I see you have Lost Auramancers in white--it's the only other cube I've found with that in it! If you're open to stuff like that--i.e., cards so underpowered most cubes wouldn't touch them--I also enjoy the interesting fog effect of Chronomantic Escape.
I run an all uncommon cube so my power level is a bit lower than yours. However, there are a handful of powerhouses from my cube that I think you should probably be running:
Artisan of Kozilek (he's stronger than Ulamog's Crusher for sure)
Test of Faith
Annex
Zephid's Embrace (worth it, even though it's an aura)
Ambition's Cost (seriously)
Oni of Wild Places, Firemaw Kavu (sick combo! also, each of these two is awesome by itself.)
Flame Wave (RAAAAAAAAAAAAAR!)
Pouncing Wurm (hasty dragons win games)
Stun Sniper
Goblin Flectomancer (he looks silly, but is actually really scary)
I'm surprised that you include Sol Ring. It's waaaaaaaaay stronger than any other card in your cube.
Standstill is probably not that good here... cube typically is not the right environment for it.
I keep wanting to play Nacatl War-Pride but even in my cube it's not good enough.

Unfortunately, this is true. I run a peasant cube as well, and there are far less blowout fun memorable plays than there are in my rare cube. Most of the games are pretty straight forward.
Artisan of Kozilek (he's stronger than Ulamog's Crusher for sure)
I threw this guy in on a whim because I was missing Isochron Scepter and needed to fill the slot. He's turned out to be an absolute beating. I haven't been able to cheat him into play yet, but I've hard casted him a couple of times. He pretty much ends the game asap.

The ones in bold seem like good enough cards to not cut in rarity restricted cubes, but everything you're adding in their place should still be added. On the other hand, I have no point of reference for a peasant cube, so take my advice with a grain of salt.
Scars was not friendly to common/uncommon cubes. Most of the cubeable material was rare or mythic. Here are the cards I included from the set:
Infiltrator Lens
Revoke Existence
Kemba's Skyguard
Arc Trail
Grasp of Darkness
Skinrender
Fume Spitter
I also included Necrogen Scudder for a short run, but it proved unimpressive. Infiltration Lens is proving unimpressive as well.
The other cards you're including that I feel are worth it are...
Oxida Scrapmelter
Artisan of Kozilek
I don't think you should be removing Bottle Gnomes, Chimeric Idol, Leonin Scimitar, Pit Trap, or Scuttlemutt. They are all much better than what you're replacing them with, IMO.
