Basically snapcaster mage without the body so less abusable. But for 1 mana I still think it have some potential though.

Not sure if this deserves a spot for red… because it has enough redundant spells and this is also a late game spell.

I could imagine it in Storm Combo if your cube supports it.

Definitely worth a consideration for any powered cube since recurring Ancesteral Recall / Time Walk is always strong. Can still be useful in unpowered, just lacks the crazy high ceiling / efficiency without its two best targets.

Ancestra Recall / Time Walk aside, I think this is a must play if you're cubing Brain Freeze since this is the cheapest way to recur it.

I could certainly see it used in ritual storm decks. I suspect it will actually be really nice to have more broadly than that. I will absolutely give it a try. (excuse me I'm going to go daydream getting this and Snapcaster, and Bolt, and Fiery Confluence and burning out all my opponents)

I like that this is very flexible in many decks, much like Snapcaster Mage. Very comparable in my opinion. Will try.
