New Blade Splicer variant that can also spread counters. Pretty decent on its own and can really go up in value if you're supporting +1/+1 counters. Not a bad alternative / supplement to things like Blade Splicer / Toby.
I think the main thing holding this back for me is how many white 3-drops are coming out in this set that look good between Agent Bishop, Turncoat Kunoichi, and Splinter, Aging Mentor. Both modes are very real here, though.
