Leyline of Raging Goblin is pretty cool if you're really looking to maximize Mox Amber. Not too shabby on its own either since it can be a decent creature in the late game.
In formats where free spells are staples and games end on turn 1-3, I suspect there will be ways to break Quicksilver, Brash Blur to generate extremely fast wins, especially because a Quicksilver in your opening hand is uncounterable. In cube, I'm not quite sure how to take advantage of Quicksilver. The 4R cost to Power-up seems too expensive, although the ability to Power-up at instant speed can force your opponent to respect the threat of activation as they choose blockers in the late game. I could imagine Quicksilver being a good player in cubes that foster a "Good Luck Blocking Red" archetype, featuring a high density of instant-speed pump spells like Monstrous Rage and Embercleave.
I'm not a fan. In cube, drawing a 1/1 do nothing for 1, or a 5 mana 2/2 double strike is not great. And I don't think something like starting with this in play and then dropping ragavan or ocelot pride is worth the variance of it being a brick most of the time.
I also think that this is going to be a dud for the average cube. I'll be playing it since I'm still stretched pretty thin, but expect it to be outclassed within a couple years.
