Cheap legendary creature with a decent floor of a 2/1 with haste. Seems strong for artifact cubes, but even just randomly drawing an artifact in a non-artifact themed aggro deck is fairly enticing. Seems like a shoe-in if you support both legendary matters and artifact aggro.
