Probably one of the better cheap grow creatures that puts +1/+1 counters on itself over time. Triggering off any permanent from any player is pretty huge and can get out of hand very quickly. Most cheap grow style creatures don't have evasion where this has menace. Seems strong for anybody supporting aristocrats, and is good enough on its own even without a supporting theme / archetype.
I'm more and more about 1 and 2 drops that grow organically through the game. I think this will need testing, as goldfishing won't really do it justice. A fetch and a creature trade and we already got a 4/4.
He looks great, my only gripe is starting as a 1/1 means he dies to a stiff breeze, but that's the cost of a drop that will win games if left unchecked.
Evasion is really nice since if the do chump he just keeps getting 2 counters a tuen.

It's important to note for any multiplayer cubes / commander players that this triggers when a player loses / concedes since all their permanents are technically leaving the battlefield.

Can confirm, this is a slam dunk for my UB-only cube!
I think this looks pretty good especially on curve even with minimal sac support. Unless we drown in crazy black 2 drops in Avatar and Lorwyn, I'm giving this a try.
