Five mana wraths are stinky, but this one gets around most types of protection. If they have generated infinite tokens, this (unlike other wraths) won't do the trick, but that's not much of a concern in most cubes.
With the amount of tokens running around, I'd say this gets cast for B not infrequently.
Black gets wraths at 3 mana, and has insane haymaker sorceries at 5, including great modal wraths like Gix's Command and Season of Loss. This is never going to get cast for B, and only a small part of that will be that it isn't even worth including in your deck.
Blasphemous Act was decent because you didn't need a set ammount for the discount, and in my experience was very rarely cast for 1 mana. Blasphemous act often cost 3 or 4, and that was enough for it to be playable in decks.
I think this is going to be a 5 mana Wrath most of the time, and that just isn't good enough these days.
A half way point,like 7 creatures making it cost 1BB, would be needed to make it playable in cube.
