This isn't for everyone, and it isn't really like Erratic Portal at all, since it can't be used to save your creatures from removal or to tax the opponent. But it's a colorless, repeatable source of self-bounce that also works as a beatdown machine.
To be honest, I'm kinda aesthetically against a straight-up car, but I'll get over it.
It's not the most powerful card in the world, but it does some things I'm interested in, and I think it's definitely a contender for any large artifact section.
