If an oponnent has more life than you, gain 4 life.
If an oponnent has more creatures than you, create 2 1/1 human tokens.
If an oponnent has more cards in hand than you, draw 1 card.
I like Timely Reinforcements quite a lot, and I'm more than happy to add a cheaper version with a card-draw option.
I cubed Servo Exhibition but a little bit to help provide some synergy for artifacts, tokens, aristocrats, polymorph but the card was overall too weak to really make an impact and was frequently the 24th card, even though it was okay for all these archetypes.
Suppose this card is played in these shells:
- Aggressive decks - Unlikely to get the tokens, but drawing a card is nice. Lifegain is useless (probably not playable here).
- Midrange decks - Likely to get the tokens + gain to life against aggro and likely to gain the card draw vs control
- Control decks - Likely to get the tokens + life gain, but not going to gain any life.
- Combo decks - Likely to get life + tokens. Fast Artifact acceleration decks are likely to get all 3.
The problem is this isn't that great in any of these shells. I could see this being more playble if Polymorph is an archetype, but as it stands, not too many decks would like this type of effect.

Looks like a card that's nearly identical to timely reinforcement in function and power.
Great sideboard card vs agro, ok maindeck if you are control and expect the draft to be dense in agro. (we team draft so sometimes you can meta game pre-sideboard).
I think I like it better than timely for cube, as it's a better main deck card in control. At least in slower mirrors, you can cycle the card.
In the sideboard vs agro it's pretty comparible in power. 1/3 cheaper for 1/3 as powerful effect. So if you run timely, I recommend testing this instead.
