Obsessive Stitcher 1UB
Creature — Human Wizard T: Draw a card, then discard a card. 2UB, T, Sacrifice Obsessive Stitcher: Return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield.

A looter and a reanimate effect on a single card. It may not be as fast and explosive as traditional reanimator but requires less puzzle pieces. Plus, it has recursive potential. Is it worth sacrificing speed for consistency? My gut tells me this is way too slow and risky, but I find this card quite interesting. Thoughts?
It's cool, but I don't think the convenience of having both effects on a single card justifies the cost or vulnerability. Blue already has a number of looters we want at lower cmc, and black has more versatile discard outlets and no shortage of cheaper and more efficient reanimation.
I think connive // concoct is stronger use of a dimir slot because it's working the turn you cast it, and has the benefit of an alternative mode.
The issue with re- animator is that the deck doesn't "win" as soon as the fatty is in play and often require the gained value from the fatty to be followed up with a hard case/ second reanimation.
