As long as it's your turn, creatures and planeswalkers you control have lifelink.
[+2]: Sorin, Vengeful Bloodlord deals 1 damage to target player or planeswalker.
[-X]: Return target creature card with converted mana cost X from your graveyard to the battlefield. That creature is a Vampire in additional to its other types.
Loyalty: |4|
After playing pre-release, I actually think this might slot in the place of Sorin, Lord of Innistrad, at least for testing.
The -X ability provides a lot of value, remembering Ashiok. It plays well with sacrifice decks as well, bringing bodies back.
The static ability for Lifelink can make a ton of difference in a deck with low curve that might have a ton of creatures already in board, and being able to go to 6 loyalty in at turn 4 makes him incredibly hard to kill.
Will add picture later, I'm right now in my phone.
I played against this Sorin in my prerelease and he felt fairly powerful in that format, but I don't think he fits into cube as well as Sorin, Lord of Innistrad. Sorin, LoI is powerful while also being incredibly synergistic with preexisting cube strategies. Not only that, but you can run him out on an empty board and start to build from there. Vengeful Bloodlord does have potential, but I'd probably even run Solemn Visitor over him. SV offers a similar lifegain ability with his plus while also having a minus that, again, can be relevant if the board is empty.
Played pretty well in limited when I faced it today. 6 is a pretty healthy loyalty to go to and there are a lot of£ <3 cost creatures you can reanimate and keep him alive. His static ability is going to be flavour text 95% of the time, outside of Sorin's own ability. I might put him on par with Sorin, Solemn Visitor, but that means I'm not running it.
Gideon will be affected when he's a creature anyways. The other walkers this interacts with of mine in cube are Chandra TOD as noted above, Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker, Garruk Relentless, Ajani Vengeant, Ugin, the Spirit Dragon and Chandra, Flamecaller (whose -X seems GREAT with Sorin). I'm still not convinced that this would be anywhere near good enough, since it takes up a guild slot, but there are at least a reasonable number of other walkers this interacts with.
This card has actually been quite impressive so far. The -X has just gotten so much mileage since WAR was released.
-3 is kind of the bread and butter in our Powered Cube, but you can just value shop for -1 and -2 to keep chaining boards back together. I had initially given this - ability little credit, but with the periodic +2 activation you are 2/3's of the way back up to your next ideal - activation.
It has gotten back so many crazy value stuff, from Rec Sage and Eternal Witness to Recruiter of the Guard, Blade Splicer and Brimaz. You can go higher, but -3 has seemed to be our common sweet spot in the Cube.
I would definitely recommend this over other Sorin variations if you are wanting a bit of extra gas for aggro decks.

I really underrated this card, and I think he is probably one of my all-time favorite WB cards. He is in my 360 Module and I don't regret it so far. A player had wanted me to try him over Lord of Innistrad and I am glad I did.

That's high praise. Have you played him in any non-aggro shells?
He has found his way into midrange decks as well. Never seen him in a control deck yet. We have 5 or 6 drafts under out belt with him. Arguably our most talked about WAR card as people are sharing their games.

Why? It gives all your creatures lifelink.

Sorry, I meant in relation to granting it to other walkers.
Granting it to creatures on the offence was amazing at winning races but it does make him weak when your having to play defence.
I dunno man, out of the 6 mono white planeswalkers I play, 4 of them are named Gideon.
My High Octane Unpowered Cube on CubeCobra
Good point, but I only run one called Gideon.
The only other walker that occurs to me in my cube is Chandra, Tourch of Defiance.
