God-Eternal Oketra 3WW
Legendary Creature - Zombie God
Double strike
Whenever you cast a creature spell, create a 4/4 white Zombie Warrior creature token with vigilance.
When God-Eternal Oketra dies or is put into exile from the battlefield, you may put it into its owner's library third from the top.

We don't need a white 5 and this fails the Vindicate test so I personally won't be adding it, but it has the potential to take over games very quickly.
It doesn't completely fail the vindicate test in the sense that it will come back later, though. I think this card is pretty sweet, you don't have to slam it down right on 5, how about on turn 6 running this out with a Doomed traveler? I'd be quite happy with a vindicate then!
It's interesting how Gods in Magic have become steadily less resilient. The Theros and Amonkhet ones were indestructable. Then the Hour of devastation ones just raise-deaded themselves when they died. Now these ones go into your library third from the top. The next ones will probably just shuffle into your library.
I actually think the raise dead ones were way more resilient than the indestructible ones, since they didn't die to 0 toughness. Also, they didn't need to turn on at all.
I think this card is at its best as a curvetopper in a white weenie deck, turning your 1 and 2 drops into powerful effects, or you could go off with that Man-o'-War bouncing itself again and again, but I honestly don't want such a vulnerable, slow and durdly curvetopper.. Perhaps it would fit in a selesnya midrange deck, turning mana elves into real draws later in the game.
Honestly, the recurring ability is of limited value in most games. It just improves the third draw after it dies, many games will be decided by then. It is good against heavy control where games lasts forever, since recurring it over and over again prevents you from milling and increases your threat density by a lot. But honestly, those decks will just counter this card the second time you cast it and be done with it.

Wow, really? I think these 'feel' (I haven't played with them yet!) way more obnoxious and resilient, at least in Cube environment. Short of tucking it or a pacifism effect (neither of which are very worthwhile to run in Cube), but destroy/sacrifice/exile effects aplenty, how do you plan to deal with this in Limited, exactly? You might also find a way to steal it, I guess..
But, just feels like there's not a lot of ways to profitably deal with these guys. I don't see them as a downgrade at all, really.
