Pretty strong cheaty face target that can just kill your opponent in two turns if they have no removal / blockers. Dealing with Kyoshi means you still have to deal with their 8/8 with haste unless you're able to hit Kyoshi with Sheoldred's Edict right away or something.
Having a cheat target that doesn’t work with Flash is a hard sell, and the “kills your opponent in 2 turns without blockers/removal” is generally a worse bar than the cheat targets we have available already. The situational Hexproof thing isn’t really relevant.
If the Earthbend were on etb, or there was some evasion granted to the lands or the creature itself, I’d consider it.

While working with Flash is always nice, I think Flash is in such a strong position that there's plenty of room for non Flash hits. I'd even argue it as a feature in some cubes that would want to curb Flash a bit. Also, there are plenty of great cheaty face targets that don't work at all with Flash like Griselbrand / Valgavoth / Koma / etc.

In a vacuum Kiyoshi has the fastest clock because she literally kills you the turn after you get her into play. You can even chump block the first attack and she still swings at you for 22 the next turn.

Very hard disagree here. The situational hexproof pretty much guarantees you get the first earthbending trigger unless your opponent has exactly Sheoldred's Edict or something.

Yeah the stats on this are absolutely insane. I wonder if those make up for the lack of evasion.
Putting Avatar Kyoshi up to the Vindicate test, you're effectively getting an 8/8 haster at the cost of a 5 mana tempo loss (less if you cheat her in). The exchange is still favorable, but a body that big with no evasion is criminal. This does go crazy if you can earthbend a manland (hello, Treetop Village), but I think on average the payoff isn't quite high enough for me.

The combination of untapping the lands and going wide 8/8s with haste + the 6/6 base body makes up for the lack of evasion.
