Just realized this never had a thread. I usually gloss over any toughness matters cards, but this has been doing a lot of work in the MTGO Vintage Cube as a Mulldrifter on steroids. You don't have to go out of your way to trigger this for 2-3 cards by turn 3. Even with just one other creature to trigger off of it's still well worth it. Not to mention this pairs very well with Nadu since they both trigger / enable each other. Don't sleep on this goofy card, the floor of this card is pretty acceptable considering how stupid high its ceiling is.
Here's a CubeCobra filter query to find out how many creatures you have that have higher toughness than power. I don't even have to go out of my way to support Plagon, the critical mass is already there.
Some people have hyped this card up and I was interested but ended up forgetting about it. Didn't even think of the Nadu synergy... curves well into it too.
The problem I have is if your opponent could remove this in response to the ETB using something like Lightning Strike and you would draw 0 cards.
That's assuming you have no other creatures to trigger this off of. Even then, I think the floor is worth it considering how high its ceiling is. Compoared to other Mulldrifter type cards, this is the only one that provides board presence at 2-3 mana. This card does a lot from being a good generic value card while promoting defensive play and providing a lot of blink / recrsion synergy + extra Nadu support to the table. It's been a big hit in the MTGO Vintage Cube.
That's not a bad shout, I've played the card in Commander in the 99 and it's always value. For some reason I'd never looked at through a cube lens. The floor is pretty low and the ceiling high, and there's a bunch of synergy all over the place, just as there was in the Weight Advantage days (such a fun draft to build). I'll consider room for this in a future update.

On spoiled card wishlisting and 'should-have-had'-isms:
Bryant Cook just posted a video with Plagon + Glaring Fleshraker, which just looks ridiculous with all the Eldrazi Scions.
However, the problem is I'm still not sold we need more 3 CMC draw engines, especially when I couldn't even find room for BrainSurge
