(some Lorwyn Eclipsed cards seem to have leaked early, probably from the panel on friday)
Selesnya hybrid Figure of Destiny that grows into a fat True-Name Nemesis. Looks like a cool card for a very shallow guild, might as well give it a try.
Power crept Figure of Destiny is pretty cool. More stats at every "level", and the levels are less pip intensive too. Being in green is also nice since it's the color best suited for mana sinks like this. It's no Hexdrinker, but it doesn't have to be, especially since Selesnya doesn't have a lot of great options.

My thoughts as well. I've learned from Cecil, Dark Knight that the 3rd point of toughness is incredibly important.
Can't wait to cube this. And that's pretty unusual for a Selesnya card
Also, art is so good it makes me angry. They still know how to do it, after all...
Got a couple of reps with Figure of Fable. It's way better than Figure of Destiny ever was and is the best of this type of creature sans Hexdrinker. The third toughness in the first level gives it a lot of longevity and feels a lot better to sit on due to the durability. And the second level being double pip instead of triple pip is huge in terms of actually being able to level it up in a timely manner.

Thanks for this! Love to hear about testing before cards come out, and my guess was this would be a powerful card. Will definitely throw this in for my Lorowyn update!

I'm not surprised by any of this - This is both a way for GW decks to get on the board early AND provides a strong mana sink.
getting a good card? Pinch me, I must be dreaming. This is a near-Hexdrinker level threat that is both better on defense and has the flexibility of being playable with only W mana. Figure of Destiny has had one hell of a run, but it looks like it's finally been eclipsed

Having played with this a good amount already, I'd say it's the closest thing to Hexdrinker, but wouldn't consider it near-Hexdrinker level. Hexdrinker gaining protection from so many removal spells once it hits level 3 is what separates it from everything else.

I'm not surprised - I've learned that efficient/ scalable green threats are MVP in limited.

Might replace Kitchen Finks for me.
On spoiled card wishlisting and 'should-have-had'-isms:
FoD still holds up and hexdrinker is still stealing games so I expect this will do serious work in an awkward guild slot.
