Crumbling Necropolis with Mayhem tacked on. If you discard this on your own turn and haven't played a land yet, you can shock this in... and it will still enter tapped. Yikes. Considering the fact that you probably won't be able to pitch this card with a land drop available until at least T3, the CIPT clause is pretty damning. But card advantage is card advantage, and if a land can generate it at the cost of 1 mana and 2 life while still fixing your mana, I feel it's worth exploring.
A triland will catch my attention even in a Spiderman set. I will be giving the set a more careful look once Universes Within versions see physical print.
This card is awesome! All three of those colors are easily able to discard it and go to value town. But the card is generally weaker than Maestros' Totally Safe Hideout, which has played very well for me since it's ramp in colors that don't usually get it and a sac outlet on a land even if it's a one-off. It's also cheaper to obtain than this is likely to be.
