Seaside Citadel with web-slinging. While a CIPT, typeless triland might seem horribly dated, its ability to cheat itself into play is only shared by one other land, Talon Gates of Madara, and Urban Retreat can do it for half the mana cost. While web-slinging is a pain to setup, Urban Retreat happens to be in the tricolor combination that is arguably the most well-equipped to enable it. Any T1 mana dork can sling it in on T2, and assuming you have an untapped land to play, re-cast itself as well. Any Flying Men variant can also bounce itself to bring it in. And while most of us aren't running many Suntail Hawks in white, what we likely are running is a lot of creatures that would be nice to bounce and re-cast again. While it might be super situational, Urban Retreat can also act as a bounce land for your own creatures in the later stages of the game. All that said, I don't think it's better than Spara's Headquarters in an environment with fetches. But I think it's easily the eleventh best triland to date.
When a non-Spiderman version of this card comes along, I will be happy to snag it. Unlike with Oscorp, there's no Mystery Booster alternative to this one. I'm still playing Seaside Citadel.
