Interesting +1/+1 counters matters/go wide support card.
It says EACH creature so it counts itself. Could get incredibly nasty if left unchecked growing out of the stratosphere, but 4 mana is a million mana these days and we have just gotten the new Crucible of Worlds insect 4 drop. Some cubes could be interested in this one though. Personally, I'll be keeping an eye but not sure I'll find room.
If I was still running a counter theme I would slam dunk this. It has a built-in inevitability similar to Warden of the Grove that must be answered. Decks that run this will be creature heavy, likely token heavy too, and win within turns of it hitting the battlefield which means if your opponent doesn't deal with it they're dead.
Ouroboroid has been pretty impressive with its team anthem abilities. It also subtly works as a Nadu substitute since it works so well with things like Bristily Bill / Scythecat Cub / Genemorph Imago / Springheart Nantuko.

I'm not surprised - It's been incredibly explosive every time I've played against it.
I'd been impressed with it since it was shown and when an opponent played it during testing.
"I decided to try this out on a whim and it performed much better than I expected, given the relative lack of attention that it’s received. It looked like it would be useless, but I found that even with a small board state, it can get out of hand quickly and even on its own, it doesn’t take long for it to become a solid beatstick, as it initially blocks as a 2/4, attacks as a 4/6 - which doesn’t even count other creatures which also just get huge. Buffing this with something like equipment or a planeswalker buff is nice, but I didn’t see that happen, mainly just being a self-contained threat. It is annoying if it dies to a removal spell, but like with a lot of things, usually I found that to be an exaggerated concern.
Density of removal can make this worse, since it does need to survive to a combat step to do anything, but I’ve been finding it to be a solid performer thus far."
I'd rated it a 3-4 out of 5 on power, but I'd bump that up to a 4-5 now; I was mainly concerned about its impact if it died against bolts but I overly hedged against that concern. Card's extremely strong and one of the better green 4s.
