Very strange land. It can mainly act as a manland copying the best creature you have in your graveyard, though it notably also works as a combo piece for Dark Depths. If this didn't have the delirium restriction on it, I'd rate it as the best mono-green manland (not a very high bar), but delirium is a rough condition for green decks. If I was playing depths, I'd be including this card as another support piece.
Aside from the aforementioned Dark Depths, this also acts as redundancy for the cheaty strategies for a low cost of inclusion when deckbuilding. The flexibility of hitting any permanent leads to fun interactions like getting to use planeswalker abilities (Edit: does not work with planeswalkers as they die to state based actions for having 0 loyalty, thanks steve for pointing this out below). However, for me, this occupies the awkward spot of "would likely make my deck if I drafted it, but am unsure if it is worth a cube slot" so I will probably end up giving this a pass. Won't be surprised if others find success in running this though.
For those wanting to give graveyard strategies a boost in order to give all the new goyfs something to play with, this card will be a good fit. It even enters untapped fairly easily.
Love this land.
It doesn’t fit into every green deck , but the upside is pretty bananas.
best case scenario is some self mill g/b reanimator deck or enabling dark depths combo. Griselbrand, archon of cruelty , Titans , a few good hits that should blow a game wide open.
however, even medium case tool box uses are fine, the one ring (keeps counters), man land with questing beast…
crucible combo peices that went to the GY.
would need to test to see how rare those use cases are, but for a land that’s often untapped, the upside is insane
Fairly low opportunity cost and high ceiling with things like Dark Depths, but I'm skeptical. Copy effects that don't get an ETB trigger usually end up as duds, and this has the added hurdle of needing Delirium, which green needs a lot of help from other colors to enable without Mulch effects. Slots are also becoming even more premium with MH3 coming, which often pushes out a lot of utility lands. My reanimator / cheaty face decks are in an extremely good place right now and don't need help from something this fringe, and Dark Depths needs another Dark Depths, not more enablers, IMO.

This dies if you copy a planeswalker. When the ability resolves, state-based effects are checked and this will be put into the graveyard since it has 0 loyalty counters on it. This is why flipwalkers like Jace, Vryn's Prodigy have to exile themselves before transforming into a planeswalker.
Am I correct in assuming you could copy at instant speed? I mean, lack of etb value might be unfortunate, but if I could copy an Emrakul before it shuffles back into my deck, I think this card will have more than enough avenues for exciting plays.

I like this a a source of all sorts of value late game at a very low opportunity cost. Your opponent may have to play around it being potentially one of many different permanents which imparts a lot of mental load. I see this being quite a good manland alternative and more interesting than the usual.
If you really think about it, this is kind of like green's version of Shelldock Isle. I've never been a fan of Shelldock Isle, but I like this more since this at least can ETB untapped a majority of the time and you have more control of the ability.
My prediction is this is gonna be playable as a backup combo pieces for several combos such as depths, melira, Mikaeus, Griselbrand etc. however, it’s not going to be very strong in a fair deck.
I feel 70-80% just become a glorified Celesnial Colonade and this is assuming you can get delirium. Outside of the titans, there really aren’t too many cards that can gain a strong attack trigger.
I dislike how the other Depths combo pieces need Depths in play and this needs it in the 'yard. You'll need to know which combo enabler you're going to draw before you move in, and lots of the pieces that make Depths redundant put the namesake card directly to the battlefield.

Yeah, it's definitly a back-up depths enabler for partially that reason.
Kind of like a better crucible of worlds/loam for the combo if it gets disrupted in some way.
Can occasionally set it up intentionally with the right hand configuration, but that will be the exception.
This is the other card that really impressed me in the MTGA Arena Cube - It's been great in the green decks ramp decks that lack a higher density of finish and could be tutored easily via all the land tutors. It's also been great in the reanimator decks to double as a late game reanimator effect.
