A Grizzly Bear with flash. The ability to blink ANY nonland permanent (including your opponent's) is quite rare, and this pumps itself to boot if you blinked something you own. Being able to blink Thraben Inspector / Staff of the Storyteller / Ajani or any busted 3-cmc creature is really powerful in white. Not to mention this can just kill your opponent's tokens or clear blockers out of the way. Seems very strong to me.
Corgis love to eat tokens I guess.
This triggers on attack and not on ETB, unlike my first read, and that changes the card a lot. But it's a corgi so I love it already!
Flash goes a long way towards fixing the "has to attack" problem, but I've found the blink deck too durdly for modern cube speeds and so I'm not really interested in cards that only support that deck.

I don't agree with this, it's easy for blink to just be a subtheme of creature decks that really doesn't have to be built around. There's a ton of things with ETB triggers and a lot of the blink enablers are generically good and are also strapped to creatures (Restoration Angel / Flickerwisp / Charming Prince / etc). The only "pure" blink card I'm currently playing is Ephemerate. Blink shenanigans really don't have to be forced at all in terms of deck construction / cube design since the cards being generically good by themselves means there's really no parasitism going on.
I like that this ability can be used for blink value or to clear blockers out the way. Really neat design. I don't run any real blink support right now, but this may make the grade for testing.
I think this will easily be one of the best 2-cmc creatures in white. Being 2-cmc, having an attack trigger, and flash means this has a lot more options than other blink cards do on turn 3. Charming Prince / Flickerwisp aren't exactly the greatest on curve since you're only working with 1-2 cmc creatures. With this you can cast it on turn 2 and then blink your freshly cast White Plume Adventurer / Blade Splicer / etc on turn 3. A repeatable blink effect is also REALLY stupid with Parallax Wave.
This is also a good way to reset the loyalty on your planeswalkers. The Wandering Emperor works especially well with this since you can activate it again on your end step when it blinks back in.
This is a great card. The best white 2 drop is the new Ajani, but to me this competes with Thalia for 2nd or 3rd best white 2 cmc.
I think this is a 360 staple and will replace either Lion Sash or Flickerwisp for me.
I also feel like 360 has reached critical cheap legend density at this point for Mox Amber to be a viable card. In such a fast format with so many cheap card advantage engine creatures the worst case of mulliganing yourself is not that bad in exchange for the explosiveness of a couple Lotus Petals and the best case scenario of another Mox.
I'm a bit dubious about the blink trigger being on attack, seems there are lots of situations where attacking means throwing away your blinker. Of course, if you can blink more than once, that does make up for it compared to one time blinkers such as Charming Prince (which does have other modes which sometimes is relevant). That, and there's the possibility to blink your opponent's stuff, although there are many creatures that you really don't want to blink, so this is not super reliable. Not so easy to evaluate.
I must say I'm also very much turned off by the fact that this is a happy, excited corgi. It seems very out of theme to me, strangely enough even more than for instance the 40k cards where I had similar thematic reservations (I'm not bothered by those anymore). Feels almost like an un-card. I'll admit this is entirely a me-problem.
Laelia in dog form? Vulnerable for the same number of main phases, presents a comparable clock, and potentially gains you value on every swing? Move aside Isamaru, we have a new best doggo in town.

Important difference between this and Laelia is that this doesn’t pump until end of turn, so it’s much more vulnerable to trading in combat.
Played against this in a friends cube and its was an absolute house. Being able to remove blockers, being flash speed, blinking your own thing, and being able to grow bigger is so much value wrapped in one package.
It's plays better than it looked, and I was already into it based on the spoilers.
I am hype, it does a lot of things I already like to do in cube. Might cut charming prince , but that is a lazy choice, maybe I just need to up total blink
Galepowder mage was one of my favorites for years before it was outclassed. I might try out the new galepowder dog, altho flying really gave the mage a lot of oomph.
Phelia has been a house in testing as expected. 2/2 flash Grizzly Bear that can remove a blocker / eat a token is already a good baseline, and it's absolutely nuts when you start blinking things. I'd argue it's white's second strongest non buildaround 2-cmc white creature after Ajani.
Yeah phelia seems nuts. I thought it would be good but I underestimated just so many interactions it has.
Flash, growing larger every turn , killing tokens, preventing blocks, flickering permanents you own for value.
From what I’ve seen in modern testing it seems even better than Ajani/stoneforge there.
so impressive.
Phelia has been nuts. It's only weakness is that sometimes a 2/2 cannot profitably attack in. A strong interaction that has come up is the pairing with Steel Seraph. Giving Phelia flying is amazing, and Phelia can blink the Seraph to turn it to a 5/4 (and grow itself). Absolutely insane 2->3 curve.

This is still the best place for high-power-level cube chat & debate.

StaffI think a lot of the other benefits far outweighs the potential loss of this in combat.
- Eats your opponent's tokens
- Reset counters on your opponent's stuff down to zero (Goldvein Hydra / Stonecoil Serpent / The Goose Mother / Hydroid Krasis / etc)
- Undo Control Magic / Bribery effects
- Clear blockers
- Can permanently exile creatures with Containment Priest
- Unequip your opponent's equipment
- Flash means this is a small combat trick and can ambush your opponent's small creatures
- Untaps your mana rocks to leave you more mana open on your opponent's turn

Oops, missed that. So not quite the second coming of Laelia, but still really damn good.

Also, Mox Amber.

If this card was just 2 mana 2/2 flash and it gets +1/+1 at the end of turn, this might already be playable.
However, you can not only blink your own stuff for value, but you can blink your OPPONENT'S tokens / blockers to get in damage.
