A 3 mana monarch enabler that's actually in a creature centric color (unlike Court of Cunning / Fall from Favor). Even if your opponent steals monarch, they still have to deal with your threats growing, and this will absolutely snowball your opponent if they can't contest it. 3 mana monarch enablers are always worth testing, hopefully this is a cycle.
I really like this cycle of enchantments. Court of Garenbrig seems like the best one because it has mana value 3 and is in the color of mana elves, meaning it is likely to come down 1-2 turns earlier than the others which eachcost4mana. For a +1/+1 counter theme, this card acts as both an enabler (by adding multiple counters every turn for no additional mana and a payoff (by doubling any number of existing counters on each creature you control). And wow, that last ability is outrageously strong at 3 mana. Even in the absence of any other cards that grant counters, if you can keep the monarch for a turn that’s 4 +1/+1 counters, then the next turn it's 12....... And with othercards that grant counters the ability is even more completely nuts. Oh, and this also draws cards.
On the other hand, it's also good to think through the worst case scenario. You play this, become the monarch, draw a card, and pass the turn. Your opponent removes your only creature (or you have no creatures), your opponent attacks and steals the monarch back, then they draw a card for monarch on their end step. Your Court of Garenbrig upkeep trigger goes to waste because you have no creatures to put the +1/+1 counters on. You cast your next creature and pass the turn with your opponent still monarch. Your opponent removes your new creature and draws another extra card for monarch. Et cetera. The point is, monarch cards are great but there is the possible downside of you paying mana and a card to build your opponent's draw engine while getting little to no value out of the effect.
On balance, I still think this card is fantastic for cubes that run monarch, even if they don't support other +1/+1 counter synergies.
I'm going to move this discussion here as there was some discussion about this card here. Does anyone have any testing feedback?
This is a mechanic I'm really not a fan of, I think its fine for Black-White attrition style decks that have trouble keeping up in the mid to late game, but feels WAY too swingy in other colors.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this card?
If people are okay with White Plume Adventurer / Palace Jailer / Minsc & Boo / Forth Eorlingas / etc in their cube, I think this is completely fair game. This will probably be less consistent than those overall, but the ceiling and blowout potential is still very ridiculous.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm planning to keep this out of my cube for while.
Giving this a shot in my cube. Feels like it can really run away with games. Green doesn't have a "you become the monarch" card in my yet so I am glad to add the effect.
As other have mentioned, green is a solid creature based colour for taking/holding the monarchy so I expect this to be triggering its bigger effect pretty regularly.
Not 100% on the cut yet but I'll probably just cut my most boring non-creature and never look back.
Court of Garenbrig has been (unsurprisingly) busted in testing so far. It obviously wants mana dorks to shine, but is still strong in any G/X creature based deck. The chance to cheese your opponent on turn 2 or 3 far outweighs the downside of potentially losing the monarch fight while turning any creature into a must deal with threat. One of my players today attacked with a 12/14 gilded goose on turn 4 one game. A heavy creature / token based deck shouldn't have too many issues not pumping things every turn to eventually take back monarch.
Turn 1 mana dork into court might be one of the most unfair "fair" plays I've ever seen. Game gets completely turned on its head as your opponent gets buried in creature combat quality and card advantage almost immediately.
I once farted during the final match for prizes at an FNM. It was a tense moment, everything was quiet, control vs control, I was about to mana leak, thought about it.. and farted. Then mana leaked.
This card can have its risks in certain matchups, but when it gets going, it's so busted that it's worth the risk. I had a couple rough experiences in the initial rounds of testing, but with more reps, I'm seeing what's closer to it's "average" performance and the card's really strong...

I'm starting to think if the blue deck might need to play Fall from Favor as a counter to the opponent's monarch.
Anyone remember Citadel Siege?

This card is making me question if I want the Monarch mechanic in my Cube.
Definitely going to test this one.
