A red 3-drop with haste & the potential to get +1/+1 counters equal to the number of other creatures on the battlefield.
Check out LoadingReadyRun's video on how to jump Devil K. Nevil here. It's very easy to explain the mechanic in person once you know it.
This has a high ceiling, a bad floor, and a pretty decent average. If there are no other creatures in play, you're hitting for 2, so not great. But with 2+ creatures total on either side of the board, this becomes an undercosted haste threat. I wish it had a little more juice, but the mechanic is very fun. If anyone focuses on Raise the Alarm-style token support, this dareDevil could do work.
Assuming that “jumping” is equivalent to unblockable, it’s an insane card.
Mechanically, not interested in it though. Hope it does it for someone else!
It's literally a dexterity thing. You put it on the edge of the table and flip it over some number of creatures in play that you line up in front of him and try to flip it over. So it's a 2/1 haste with X +1/+1 counters, where X is the number of creatures you jump over.
If you want dexterity effects in your cube, this is a reasonable one, but I don't think it will ever be game-breakingly good. Even if it was just a 2/1 haste that entered with a +1/+1 counter for each creature in play at 2R, it would be....fine? Like, if you already have a bunch of creatures in play and your opponent doesn't, it's kind of win more, and if your opponent has a bunch of creatures in play, they can just chump him forever. And this is a WAY worse card than that. Like, would we even be excited about a 4/3 haste for 2R? So it needs to be more than that?
Edit - Changed a sentence as I'm not even sure what I was trying to say with the original.
Jumping 3 makes this pretty scary and gives like a 6 inch jump, and as women often tell me, 6 inches is easy but after that it's more difficult. 10+ and your just showing off.
Jokes aside, seems like a fun card that shouldn't be too hard to get decently statted. I don't think I'll run it because it's a bit too Un for me, but I would be excited to see it in a cube.

This is still the best place for high-power-level cube chat & debate.
Here's to many more years at MTGS *clink*
