I'm surprised this didn't get a thread. Archangel of Wrath is an incredibly flexible card that falls somewhere in a weird triangle between Siege Rhino, Flametongue Kavu, and Baneslayer Angel. Don't let the 2WWBR cost to fully kick this thing fool you, even if it's only getting kicked once it's still great value. Most Cubes play a swath of idiots with toughness two or less that this can murder. It seems really good in midrange environments and museum Cubes.
It's certainly a solid card. Each mode can be worthwhile and can fit into a variety of decks. My guess is its best use is probably in stabilizing against aggressive decks, shooting down two nerds and giving you a chance to regain lost life.
I guess at first glance it didn't strike me because it's not filling any empty holes in my list. I think white has plenty of options at 4+ mana that also give good value and help stabilize your game, and some of them can be abused for really powerful synergies or outright combos. But, upon second look, I might want to try this in my mardu slot to just have more spells that can be upcast for greater benefit.
I was thinking if it was 4WW , 3/4 flying life link ETB double lifelink shock, I'd definitely cube it.
This "kicked" is clearly worse as it's 3 colors of mana and can't be blinked/cheated out to get value,
but that's offset a bit by the ability to cast it for multiple modes of 4,5 and 6 CMC.
Miss for me, due to the color requirements, but I suspect it plays better than it looks.

I'm pretty glad this isn't a 3/5 or 4/5. But I'm one of the apparently few who don't like creature-creep.
i'm right there w/ you MJ, creatures these days are just ridiculous. back in the day, Juzam Djinn was arguably the best creature in mtg & now... its a joke (but he's still got badass art). he's just retired drinking mai-tai's on the beach somewhere
Well I'm really not a fan of the existing Mardu options ... and Alesha, Who Smiles at Death hasn't worked too well for me.
I played it a bit and FTK at 5 CMC is just a turn too slow.

I really wanted a "mardu card" that could round out my tri color section.
