There are kinda a lot of these things now.
So generally the ones that cost one mana and draw a card are the good ones. But Which ones are actually the best, and how many are worth playing?
Soul-Guide Lantern / Relic of Progenitus / Lantern of the Lost are generally considered the best ones. As for how many are worth playing is entirely cube dependent since they're a very specific answer to a very specific problem. Personally I would only really play them if I needed more general graveyard hate / was desperate for more Tinker fodder / Urza's Saga hits. I don't play any of them right now, although Unlicensed Hearse has some appeal over the others to me since it doubles as a potential win condition.
The problem with relic, is that 50%+ of decks in my cube have SOME sort of graveyard interaction or value and thus there's too much collateral damage with the ALL graveyards elimination.
I'm currently running SGL, as I put a premium on 1CMC artifacts and reanimator is heavily supported. It's totally optional. I might cut it at any time when I need some real estate.
