I've been considering going up on cantrip style effects and my blue section is out of space.
I'm wondering how is Night's Whisper - I'm thinking it can be a good in combo decks (especially storm) and can even be a discard outlet if on the play (discard to hand size).

It's a good card, and one I'm regularly looking to find room for. I've been foolishly holding out for a black Chart a Course variant, and it just hasn't happened, lol.
Two mana draw twos make Magic games better. How often do you just have to keep a 2 land hand, knowing your odds to get three on the mull aren't that good? Smoothers got you, get your draw two in, get to that third land, or at least scrape closer to it. Night's Whisper is one of the best ones. Sign in Blood is rough with that double black as far as draft goes.
I've always liked Night's Whisper, it's definitely the best black draw spell in my book. Probably better in cube than Expressive Iteration most of the time.
