This is certainly not a common cube card, but I do see it's usage in cube trending up.
Mishra's bauble has come into its own over the years and is now a modern staple.
More recently, it's been tearing up the modern metagame in Rakdos delirium decks built around Dragon's Rage Channeler and Unholy Heat, which seems to be the top deck at the moment (although the metagame is still relatively nascent). It makes great food for Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger and is an efficient card draw engine with Lurrus of the Dream-Den, two other modern staple cards that hold their own in cube.
But beyond that, it's also a free card selection cantrip with any fetchland or shuffle effect - this is extremely powerful in both constructed formats like Modern as well as cube, as anyone who's played Preordain can attest. Because of this, I actually think the card is most viable in 360 cubes where fetchland density is highest.
It definitely has its uses, but most of the cards mentioned above already work really well without Mishra's Bauble. Supporting delirium is where it stock starts to begin to rise IMO, but otherwise it's pretty low impact. I'm also not the biggest fan of where a card's main function is to draw me a card at the next turn, which is why you don't see a lot of people playing Portent.
I could see myself playing Mishra's Bauble (+ Urza's Bauble) if 2 of these situations happen:
- Auriok Salvager + Emry are added into my cube - they've stayed out because their archetype would need 1-2 strong enablers.
- Jund Delirium/ Graveyard Aggro is an archetype - Between something like Dragon's Rage Channeler, Grim Flayer, Traverse the Ulvenwald, Unholy Heat, To the Slaughter + Escape etc. I feel this deck is really coming together, but is lacking 1-2 enablers like another Venginevine, or another Dragon's Rage Channeler to really come together.
- My artifact decks needs more enablers - Right now i have Karn, Scion of Urza, Tolarian Academy, Urza, Urza's Saga, Metalworker, Mishra's Workshop etc. The deck has been fairly strong already, it really doesn't need more support.
- Cabal Therapy is added to my cube (Bauble/ Urza lets you see a card for you to not whiff) - This is more likely if another card like BloodGhast is added to my cube.
The problem right is I would love to see all of this happen, but my 720 is very tight as of right now.

What are your experiences with this card? My first impression is that seems really narrow (delirium cards, Lurrus, etc). But how does Bauble play without these cards?
Second, I would like to know how this compares with Urza Bauble since for me is weird to play just Mishra Bauble?
This card has been a great roleplayer for us. I wouldn't fault anyone for trying Urza's as well, as Mishra's is only marginally better than Urza's, but two Cube slots feels like a lot for this effect.
This card is the definition of air. If you are running a cube with, like, 2x times or more the normal artifact support or have an archetype that really cares about artifacts dying or being in the yard, sure. But for the vast majority of decks this is a way worse giaxian probe. It's also awful when you're in topdeck mode because it doesn't even replace itself until the next turn. For most normal cubes this is a really easy pass IMO.

A few years back it was doing big things with the likes of Urza, Lord High Artificer and Emry, Lurker of the Loch, two popular cube cards that it's great with.
