Yeah he wrote an article about the MTGO Modern cube and he was happy they cut it because he felt it was too good.
He also did a "cube tune up" article were people submit cubes to him for criticism and he said Sublime Epiphany should be considered maybe too powerful for a high powered Legacy cube which I thought was a bit overboard.
Card has been really good the times I have played it.
I'm comparing this card to Cryptic Command/ Mystic Confluence. Cryptic is a 2 for 1, Mystic is a 3 for 1. I'm kinda expecting a 4 for 1 with this - but it feels too restrictive - but then again, Cryptic is 3 Blue.
This card has been on my radar for a long time, but I have no room in my cube for this card. I recently had to cut Vedalken Shackles / Subtlety because of the competition for blue cards/ lands and and draft decks are blue splash than blue heavy.

I could see this as a combo piece for a game winning combo with Arcane Savant or Torrential Gearhulk.
