Card seems like a good option. The planeswalker removal tied to a creature edict and artifact removal. Probably deserves a discussion.
I will probably try this out over deadbore. and then run a single edict in my black section. It's currently Chainer's, but I can see arguments for Diabolic and Liliana’s Triumph. My gut says to go with Lilian but it's a close decision to make and in the end it probably won't make to much of a difference. when your opponent casts lingering souls, it doesn't really matter if your removal instant or not, it's still going to suck casting it.
Angrath's angry wrath isn't bad. Edicts are always conditional, since they can sacrifice something irrelevant. This definitely mitigates that problem. But even as someone with a massive guild section, this isn't something I necessarily want to use a guild slot on. I don't really think this is better than Dreadbore even if close.
This card is definitely cube playable, but it probably won't end up played in all that many cubes just because of how competitive guild slots are.
I wish it wasn't sacrifice for creature (but then it would be insane) - but as is how often is this better than dreadbore? And how often is it worse? I think it's worse a lot more often cause you can't kill the creature you really need to, and while instant speed is nice, I think I'd take confirmed ability to kill the creature/PW I need to rather than get instant speed and the occasional artifact snipe.

Then I think you’d be disappointed to find out that unlike Liliana’s Triumph, this card is a sorcery.
I don’t think it’s terrible. The fact that you can choose the card type means that more often than not, you’ll be hitting the right artifact or planeswalker. But hitting the right creature is far less certain, and as wtwlf123 stated in the other thread, instant speed is very important for edicts.
Instant speed is good, I agree with that, but since dread bore and this are both sorcery speed that comparison does not matter. Having this this in hand on turn 2 can take out your opponents mox or sol ring, a TNN, inkwell leviathan or other hard to deal with fatty. Yes there are a lot of times having dreadbore would be better such as a deranged hermit or hornet queen, but BR has a lot of other answers to these creatures. Only testing will tell for sure, but I think the fact that this hit's a lot of different targets that are traditionaly difficult to interact with will be more beneficial than dreadbore.
I think this card is great and slightly better than dreadbore in a powered cube.
The downsides of edicts is you often don't get to sacrifice the targets you want, but with multiple permanant types as an option, the likelyhood of that happening is reduced.
It is rare that an opponent has multiple planeswalkers on the battlefield, so for planeswalkers, sac target planeswalker is very close to destroy target planeswalker. As we know from dreadbore, that's a very powerful option.
There are some creature matchups where edicts are awful, since they have a bunch of small inconsequential ones. However, in some matchups edicts are better than "destroy". Killing a hard to answer creature like a true name nemesis or a blightsteel colossus has so much value. Overall, sacrifice a creature is clearly worse than destroy a target, but it's not by much.
If it were only planeswalkers/creatures, the card would be worse than dreadbore, but being able to hit artifacts adds a large amount of utility. In an agressive deck, hurting artifact decks mana production is a nice tempo option. And against a deck like white weenie, making them sacrifice a piece of equipment is an incredible option to have.
It's an extremely versatile cheap removal spell, that can hit some powerful expensive targets. Sign me up.
Card seems absolutely sweet, love the versatility on this! Definitely going to swap this out over [[Dreadbore]] in testing. I don't think one card is better than the other, and I'm curious to see how people's lists change once the set drops. I could honestly see a 50/50 split of this card/Dreadbore in the coming months. Only time will tell!
Nice utility card that's got a weird mix of Dreadbore / Kolaghan's Command. As a sorcery, I like Dreadbore more since being able to target is huge. Definitely cubeable, but Rakdos is very crowded with these kind of effects.

AH! It's dreadbore all over again! I thought that was an instant for like a month too. Yeah, as a sorcery this is an easy pass for me. The upside of occasionally being able to get a problematic artifact doesn't overcome all the downsides of edict effects, especially where red already has artifact answers.
I've been consistently disappointed by this compared to targeted removal. I'll be cutting it. Dreadbore on the other hand is doing just fine despite being a dreadful bore.
