It's a double post, but wanted to give my thoughts separately:
Domri and Gideon seem like windmill slam dunks to me. Domri is great t2 off an elf, is cheap enough to be a valuable mana engine, and offers late game topdeck value with with the fight ability. Gideon is very very good - a 3 mana creature that almost can't be removed that effects the board immediately, and threatens to exile a threat on t5. Will be cutting Domri, Chaos Bringer for this new Domri and probably some random 3 mana white creature for Gideon.
Teferi also seems good to me, but UW is so competitive. But it straight up wins control mirrors and offers card advantage for interaction. A common play pattern will be t3 Teferi, interact with your opponent's only permanent, then stay ahead with the gain in tempo. I'll probably test it, over what not sure.
The Bolas is also quite good. We've never seen a 5 mana planeswalker that +1's for +2 card advantage. If you're able to play this card, minus on your opponents only threat, then untap and plus, it seems VERY hard to lose. The mana cost is restrictive, but worth it. I'll be testing this over Nicol Bolas, God-Pharaoh.
The Nissa is interesting to me. It basically only costs three mana because you get 2 mana back on your investment, but that effect is much worse in Mono G than UW (thinking about Teferi). She's mana positive when you have 7 lands, and almost mana neutral on 6. She seems good, but she does only make 3/3s. I'm not sure she's better than any of the plethora of 5 mana walkers. But the mana ramp she grants is insane. I probably will not test but could see her doing well.
My Cubes - The Busted Cube. A fully functional, almost 100% custom cube. The project started out by asking "What if other colors got cards on the power level of Mana Drain,Ancestral Recall, and Time Walk?" Draft and enjoy!
Gideon, Domri, Teferi, and Bolas all seem nuts and like easy includes.
Karn seems strong enoguh and lots of fun, but also may be too easy to make degenerate in a cube environment, even if you’re limited to your sideboard for cube cards.
I honestly love Jace - the triple blue is annoying, but I’ve wanted a Laboratory Maniac effect in cube FOREVER and this one seems pushed enough.
I’m at 720, so this Sorin seems pretty OK to me, but there’s two other 4-mana WB Sorin’s and I think all three are around the same power-level.
Nissa seems fine, but it’s really a matter of preference where she falls in for the 5-mana green walkers for you. I think I’d have her near the top, myself, but gonna have to talk with my playgroup about what they like best.
Chandra’s not too bad imo, the third-best iteration of the walker for cube probably. I have too many walkers in red as is, though.
FWIW, Karn is infinitely better in powered cube than unpowered.
It's power really hinges on the passive ability.
It's an absurd sideboard card against an artifact deck... I'd be curious to see what the average performance.. It seems extremly high variance and only good main deckable in a heavy artifact deck.
Also, quite bad against agro
From glancing, it looks like Bolas' second ability is -3, not -2?? If it's -2, the card is straight busted in a grixis shell.
As is, a + ability that is worth 2 cards of value on a 5 mana planeswalker, is pretty absurd.
If these are real, I agree that Gideon and Domri seem like auto-includes (thank god for a non-4 cmc PW in gruul!)
Nissa, I dunno, going to 6 immediately is great, and the static ability is just better than nissa worldwaker's untap. However, you don't get to cast a 4-drop off her +, and making multiple 3/3's is definitely worse than making 4/4's with trample. However, you can stack the counters on one land, making it into a 6/6 or 9/9. I think they are VERY close.
Karn seems far too narrow for an unpowered cube, as he really needs to both be hosing and turning artifacts into threats to be worth it. Easy pass.
Teferi also seems pretty meh to me, he hoses some decks but does basically nothing against others. Nice that he's a 3cmc PW that goes to 5, but he can be completely ignored by too many decks, and only giving sorceries flash is pretty meh. Easy pass.
Chandra actually seems interesting to me. I like the punishing mechanic, and the +1 is certainly relevant. Plus, if you're ahead, she ults pretty quickly. Probably not good enough, but I like the design.
Ral seems very meh for 4 mana. Pass.
Bolas is not a t5 play in almost any deck, and I don't think he's really that impressive for a turn 7 or 8 play. I continue to just like OG bolas because if you cheat him into play or hard cast him, no matter what problematic permanent you're facing, he deals with it. I think the mana cost will kill this card. If it was 2UBR, it would be a windmill slam.
I think Nissa, Worldwaker is better than this new Nissa. She can use her ramp ability immediately, so she often only costs 1-2 mana the turn you play her. And her threats are created outside of Bolt range, which is also relevant. She can also untap forest dual lands to get double non-green mana from them.
The Gideon seems decent though. If you can lifelink/vigilance something out of the gate, it's going to be a very impactful 3-drop. Plus, it's a 4/4 lifelinker for 3-mana that can eventually exile a nonland permanent. Seems like a good use of 3-mana.
Domri looks okay. It has a static ability that wants to be in aggro, but the ramp isn't great there, and the fight can be awkward in decks with low-to-the-ground threats. The activated abilities are good in midrange decks, but I don't need the Orcish Oriflamme there. I dunno.
Bolas is good, but the BBB in the cost makes it rough on random goodstuff manabases.
Karn can be great against some decks, but I think it's too "sideboardy" for cube play. There are some matchups where it's total garbo.

New Gideon does not have lifelink, nor can it give itself lifelink.

Ah. I misread it as being able to target itself. It might be a pass now, actually. Oh well.
Would Teferi giving all spells flash instead of just sorceries be too busted? Perhaps, but the card seems very strong as is. The play pattern of T3 bounce/draw into T4 flash in Supreme Verdict is going to give people fits, and instant/sorcery hate can be a real nightmare for certain decks. And the Repulse baseline is really not bad at all.
Frankly I feel like we’re halfway towards being able to build a cube just out of ridiculous Azorius cards.

I agree with you teferri is interesting and powerful (Don't think he's powerful enough to crack top 5, but strong nonetheless)
That play pattern is not very realistic. If you bounce something with Teferri, he's going to be extremly vulnerable.. if your opponent has a board state that warrents a wrath, very little chance teferri would survive to the next turn.
Gideon feels like another generic white beater, will probably remove Mirror Entity for him.
Karn is great in an artifact heavy cube, probably including powered cubes. I just removed Null Rod from my artifact cube due to symmetry. Looks like it’s getting back in the form of Karn.
Side note: nice that Karn’s passive ability is an ability from a Legacy artifact.
I am slowly seeing Domri’s appeal. Anthem, Ramp, fixing, anti counter, and removal. Aaaand
It’s not 4cc
I think the new Domri gets there. Gruul isn't stacked with amazing options, and even if the static ability is meh in your deck it still greatly helps the -2. He's cheap enough to be playable as a mana engine, and he's actually not a bad topdeck because of that -2. The uncounterability is a nice touch as well.
However, you can stack the counters on one land, making it into a 6/6 or 9/9. I think they are VERY close.
I thought you could do this as well, but you can't :(. Her +1 explicitly says "target noncreature land", so no stacking. Feelsbadman.

My Cubes - The Busted Cube. A fully functional, almost 100% custom cube. The project started out by asking "What if other colors got cards on the power level of Mana Drain,Ancestral Recall, and Time Walk?" Draft and enjoy!
Basically all of those rare walkers are playable at my power level, and a lot of them look fun. It's an embarrassment of riches. I like a low planeswalker density, so I can't be adding most of these. I'll probably end up playing the good ones I open and leaving the rest.
I don't care for Gideon or Bolas. Other than that, I see fun reasons to play them all.
Karn is particularly interesting, but I'm not certain it would be worthwhile in my cube.
Oh. Well then. I think Worldwaker is safely better.

He's cheap enough to be playable as a mana engine, and he's actually not a bad topdeck because of that -2. The uncounterability is a nice touch as well.
I agree.. Most RG decks I play have either a ton of mana dorks or it's red agro splashing green. Either deck can make use of an orcish oriflame effect.
If you have any sort of battlefield, casting domri , -2ing to fight a creature and attack immediately with a semi-anthem is an incredible agressive tempo play for 3 mana.
Turn 1 elf -> turn 2 domri + elf -> turn 3 uncounterable 6 drop is a very fast possible starting line on the ramping side
Domri being able to use mana the turn he comes into play is very nice if you have a lot of bolts or elfs, which a lot of G/R decks do. Part of the reason I underestimated teferri was the cost reduction quality of his +1. In some situations Domri will end up being close to a 2 mana planeswalker, which is pretty nuts.
Love the new Domri. He fits perfectly into what Gruul decks want to do in my cube and is flexible enough to see play in aggressive decks, midrange decks, and ramp decks.
Not sold on the new Gideon, I think I may prefer Gideon of the Trials for his ability to blank your opponent's biggest beater on an ongoing basis and for how well he plays in non-aggressive strategies. That said, Gid of the Trials can't beat down AND activate a loyalty ability in the same turn. I'm sure of this, I only have space for one 3 mana Gideon. If I do end up cutting Ally of Zendikar for the new Serra walker, it may make sense to give Gideon Blackblade a try as my overall Gideon density will decrease and Gid of the Trial's emblem becomes less of a factor.
I've cooled on Gideon Blackblade myself (since it was spoiled yesterday). It's great on offense, but if you're behind it will not help you as much as most random 3-CMC creatures would. It's certainly a far cry from Brimaz, King of Oreskos, and most other white three-drops are 2W. I'm not sure we would cube any of these planeswalkers actually. Domri might be the most powerful one.
I could see myself trying several of these.

Karn, Teferi and Domri look most spicy to me.
For someone to make these so fast with fake art and reasonble abilities, is unlikely. I expect this to be accurate.
Can't read Nissa :/
Domri seems like a slam dunk
Karn , Rolesk Apex Hybrid, Nicol Bolas, Gideon, liliana all appeal to me at first glance

Gideon seems really powerful and has a neat synergy with your own sweepers, providing indestructible for himself and one other creature.
