Plays well with Reveillark, too. Always a bonus. I might clear space for this. I like this recent self-sacrifice theme they're trying out in white.

I can't say I'm pleased to see you and must warn you I may have to do something about it.

'Target Player' is nice too, as a lot of the hosers end up screwing your own stuff a percent of the time. I'm a fan, I'm not sure the ability is relevant enough but starting with a Mistral Charger isn't a bad place to be.
A 2/1 flyer with upside for 1W is always cubeable. This is no Selfless Spirit, but random graveyard hate is always nice. I might give this a spin if I can find a cut that I like.
It definitely is cubable and I do feel like my cube could use more graveyard hate, but I don't think this critter is anything better than decent filler for a white two drop. Not sure if I'm going to test it or not.
I'm always on the lookout for early flyers, and honestly I can appreciate a little bit of grave hate. Does just enough for me to want to give it a whirl.
Whenever I'm playing White-based aggro, I find that the fliers draw an inordinate amount of removal, and I have a feeling that this will be no different.
how many times is this going to end up in sideboard vs main though. grave hate isnt needed against the vast majority of decks. i'm trying to cut sideboard specific cards not add them.
I thought the cycling on something like forsake the worldly would let it be mainboarded more but it never has. is a 2/1 flyer enough to mainboard even though it has way less chances to be used compared to something like forsake the worldly?

I think Adorned Pouncer and GBI are more interesting than this guy but I may try him out over Lone Missionary or something.
I like this enough to fit it in. My most cuttable two-drop is probably Seeker of the Way, but I might drop something more expensive and get my curve down a little lower.
I love this card. I'm always in the market for more maindeckable graveyard hate, and it's a good help to aggro decks that might otherwise have no answers to busted graveyard synergies. Probably my favorite card in the set so far.
Easiest include of the set for me so far. Selfless Spirit made me realize how wrong I was to cut Mistral Charger from my list, it's just solid for a lot of decks, and having upside that hits a niche I've had a hard time hitting with otherwise powerful cards is great.
Not amazing but hits the right spot. My group wants more ways to hurt graveyards so I think I will give this, Mardu Woe Reaper, and Stonecloaker a go. I will see which of the 3 or all work for the long run.
Bumping this from the grave. I'm thinking of changing up my White 2 drop slot; we're sorta interested in evasive little guys and I was thinking about this gu as we already run Selfless Spirit.
I'm a little hesitant about how useful the ability is though since we don't run any dedicated unfair renimator.
Here's my cube list for reference but I'm mostly interested in hearing some stories about how this guy plays in your cubes, if you run him. http://www.cubetutor.com/viewcube/31738
I like it still, but he under-performed for me in a relatively small sample.
Sacrificing your 2/1 flyer to eradicate the opponents graveyard is only worth it when the upside of doing so is large.
IE preventing reanimator from going off, a snap castered back recall.
When that is relevant, it's amazing, but it was quite rare.
Mistral charger was a bit too low of a floor, considering uncommon the upside was.
Selfless spirit on the other hand has over performed for me, as combat/removal and wrath interactions is common place.
I'm a huge fan of this card. Evasive 2-power beaters for 1W are a good baseline, and it can randomly hose some cards/strategies. I won't play Stormfront Pegasus as a card's ceiling, but I'll definitely play it as a card's floor.

An aggro beater with a useful hate ability? Seems solid.
