A low cost colorless planeswalker that generates card advantage. Hard for me to see this not be a 360 staple moving forward. I'll definitely fit it into mine as long as the price is right.

I'm on the same page here but I'm kinda caught up on what to cut for him. I never ran Coercive Portal mostly because I never wanted to make the room. I was thinking Winter orb might get the axe due to low synergy, but that just seems wrong to me. My other thought was dropping scroll rack. I'm pretty hung up on this one.
I wonder if in sanctioned play they will force players to use a silver counter for. It is slightly amusing to picture someone with 5 cards in exile each with there own token. Is there a reason it isn't templated like Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver? Is it so if Karn dies a second copy can still access cards exiled by the last Karn?
I guess in casual play you just store them under Karn or start a "Karn pile".

I am still highly doubtful this is a 360 staple.
In any event, Scroll Rack seems like the cut to me for you. It's a card that drastically slows down games and is often over-estimated in its power level. I cut it years ago and have never looked back.

From your list the colorless cards I would consider pulling for Karn:
Top: Can really slow games and I am not seeing anything cute to go with it
The Stick: Have you found this to be very successful? My group usually found it too all in
Spellskite: I imagine this is stuck in the sideboard a lot it was just too low impact for us.
Scroll Rack: Played out like a personal Winds of Change for Us: I.E too low impact. This would be my cut
Porcelain Legionnaire: A one time staple that has gone down a ton for me. Most of my aggressive colors have gotten better 2 drops the last couple of years where they did not need this. So many options in colorless I am loathe to spend slots of cards that aren't really unique, equipment, or mana rocks.
I also noticed the lack of big Karn which I think is even more important than the new one
Did a cube draft the other day. Karn saw play in a RW Wildfire deck, where he was great, and a RG Midrange/rampish deck (it was sort of weird, but picture Rofellos and Thundermaw in the same deck). He was stone cold insane in the Wildfire deck, and pretty good in the RG deck. The feeling of playing him t3 off an elf or signet was great.
I definitely predict him being a staple. For us the cut is probably going to be Sword of Light and Shadow, as I find the density of swords to be annoying and clunky.

My Cubes - The Busted Cube. A fully functional, almost 100% custom cube. The project started out by asking "What if other colors got cards on the power level of Mana Drain,Ancestral Recall, and Time Walk?" Draft and enjoy!
Probably the best card of the year. 4-cmc colorless planeswalker that can ramp up to 6 loyalty is extremely versatile and is strong in pretty much every deck except straight ahead aggro.

Edit:
@Nm31Br13: I don't know what the perfect cut is for Karn, but it's not Winter Orb.

It's not uncommon for the first token to be a 3/3 or 4/4.
