I don't playtest before release (I also don't cube nearly as often as I should, but that's a separate issue), so no results, but here are my thoughts so far:
White Steppe Lynx or Imposing Sovereign or Kor Skyfisher or Stoneforge Mystic --> Glory-Bound Initiate
* Several options for a cut here. Steppe Lynx is the worst performing 1 drop. Sovereign is the popular cut so far from the discussion of this card I have seen. Skyfisher's return permanent clause isn't easy to work in your favor. Stoneforge, I'm sure is a surprise to everyone, but I don't run the swords so its stock is greatly reduced. Blue Æther Adept --> Censor
* Censor is no Miscalculation but in return for a weaker soft counter there is a cheaper cycling cost. I think this is still one of the best soft counter variants in some time. Black Ob Nixilis of the Black Oath --> Liliana, Death's Majesty Nezumi Graverobber --> Never//Return Tormented Hero --> Dread Wanderer
* Cutting Ob for Liliana is actually a surprisingly tough cut. I struggled with whether Liliana is good enough to leap Ob and she doesn't touch the LOTV or LTLH. Liliana is certainly the more versatile or the two, but Ob Nixilis is better at providing raw power without needing something in your graveyard. Ob's lifeloss can be a real liability though and Liliana starts with a high enough loyalty to soak up damage better. Also Liliana's ultimate is more attainable and relevant even if she's a bit harder to protect with 2/2 Zombies. At least, aesthetically speaking Liliana doesn't have that ugly commander text.
*I'd been considering Ruinous Path for a while and Never//Return is better. More attainable spell attached to graveyard hate. Also, if you should incidentally need to pitch a card for Pack Rat or Heir of Falkenrath (etc.) at least you still have a spell you can use. Nezumi Graverobber is great when it works but Reanimator needs to be as consistently reliable as possible to work and now there's 5CC Liliana as another option.
* Cutting Tormented Hero feels a bit premature but finding another cut from black is becoming impossible. I have some reservations about Asylum Visitor but its the best variant of its kind and somehow still lacking... Red Exquisite Firecraft --> Combat Celebrant Goblin Glory Chaser --> Soul-Scar Mage
*Firecraft has been outclassed for a while now. Celebrant is amazing and is giving me second thoughts about a small Kiki-Jiki, the Mirror Breaker package though Celebrant is fine without it.
*Soul-Scar Mage is a great tool against the traditionally difficult midrange matchup. Also, after some of the raves I've heard about Monastery Swiftspear as of late (despite being considered tier 2 for the longest time) I'm definitely excited to see how this generally better variant performs. Green Viridian Shaman --> Manglehorn
*Easy switch. Gaining the may clause and adding additional hate. Yes please. Multicolor Kiora, Master of the Depths --> Nissa, Steward of Elements
*Scaleable walker that fixes your draws as a (+2), ramps/cheats, and has an incredible ultimate that can (depending on the stage of the game/amount of ramp) go off immediately. Stuff like this makes me sad that I have PW caps to prevent oversaturation of PW, but maybe I'll rotate Kiora in sometimes.
Not too surprised that once again every change on my list is either rarity parity (Hey! That rhymed!) or a rarity upshift. The Gods appear to be a big fail this go around, maybe the Green one can save the cycle from cube obscurity. I'm a little surprised at how powered-down the set is given how powerful the mechanics are (Embalm, Exert, Cycling). Still, maybe it's for the better because if more of the split cards were any good, most cubes would get a lot uglier.
Will post adds in a couple days, but I don't EVER recall testing this many cards from a single set.
Feel like my card evaluation skills have gotten rose coloured or delusional, but maybe this set is just that good.
Lol I'm too embarrassed to post the cards I'm looking at because it looks to be too much for a 360 list. The cards look too interesting/fun to ignore though! And even if every other card spoiled from now is garbage, I'd still be very happy with what we did get.
I will say here (for want of a better venue), that I really hope Bontu is decent. So far I think we got two strong Gods and two pretty weak ones. Hopefully Bontu can make that a 3:2 split.
30 hours ago I would have led the "Low power except Gideon, I'm a baby" brigade. But all kinds of this showed up today and yesterday, I'm losing track.
Red, oh baby part 2
Stromkirk Noble -> Soul-Scar Mage
Bosh, Iron Golem -> Combat Celebrant (narrow card for high ceiling / low floor card seems fair)
Hero of Oxid Ridge -> Hazoret the Fervent
Green
Rishkar, Peema Renegade or Wickerbough Elder -> Manglehorn
Master of the Wild Hunt -> Vizier of the Menagerie
Gold
Trygon Predator -> Nissa, Steward of Elements
These are all the ones on my radar, anyway. That's 12 cards I'm interested in, and probably 8 of them are ones I'm confident will stick around a while. Awesome. I hope some of these are cheap.
I can't say I'm pleased to see you and must warn you I may have to do something about it.

Some observations by deck played: Glory-Bound Initiate and Angel of Sanctions were played in a UW tempo agro deck. The Glory-Bound put pressure on well. It was annoying for a controlling deck to deal with it. The Angel was a fine roadblock to a reanimation deck, but the reanimation deck also had lots of removal. The control deck countered the Angel but couldn't counter the embalm which was really good.
Next Trueheart Duelist, Dread Wanderer, Liliana, with Gideon riding the sidebord of a WB Stacks Token deck. Duelist had some fine interactions with Stacks, and was embalmed once all night. Was fine. Gideon was in the WB agro decks sideboard. It was sided in a bunch but never drawn. Dread was also great with Stacks, no complaints at all. Liliana was great in this build. She made tokens for Stacks, recurred creatures that were sacrificed. The player was super happy every time she was cast.
Pull from Tomorrow, Curator of Mysteries, Manglehorn New Nissa were all drafted by the Temur control deck, mainly blue splash red and green. Pull and Curator were sideboard. The Pull was not necessary with the redundant card advantage the deck had through planeswalkers like Dack and 4 mana Darretti. The Curator was sided in often and the player was coming around on the card. Nothing great about it, but it does a lot of things OK, which might add up to a good card. Nissa was great all night. It was cast against me as a 3 drop, i didn't put enough pressure on it, he ultimated it to him me for 5 and deal 5 to my Chandra. I was able to deal with it there, but the player cast it all over the curve and it was great in that deck. Manglehorn ran into low artifact draws. The player discarded it a few times to looter, could have been good against a couple of decks, but didn't draw it when the opponents drew their artifacts.
Plague Belcher, Never to Return, and Rhonas the Indomitable were in a GB midrange deck. Never to Return in its first night had aftermath portion cast once where i can't remember ever seeing ruinous path being awakened, so added value on day one is nice. Plague Belcher didn't seem at its best, but there were some OK interactions, Curse of Perdition removing the counters is good, Rishkar negating the counters was OK as well. 5/4 menace is a good beater. Rhonas had about 6 cards in the deck that would have turned him on without the pump. The player claimed that it was good, and I saw a few board states where it would have, but need more data still.
Lastly Hazoret the Fervent was in a RG Wildfireless Wildfire deck. Didn't see any of the 2 wildfire cards in the draft. The ramp shell allowed the ability to empty my hand as well as use the discard ability. The highlight of the night was getting a Batterskull equipped with 1 card in hand, 9 life a turn is a bunch. 5 power hit hard, never got to haste it in this deck. The discard damage being able to redirect to planeswalkers is great. Overall, for a card I was intending to be an agro curve topper only, performed well in a couple of games in deck where it might not be at its best.
Lots of cards I'm excited to try out again next week. A few that are already on my radar to cut.

I'd cut Hellrider over Hero of Oxid Ridge if you plan on playing Rhonas. While I do like the reach of Hellrider more, Hero has a higher ceiling of potential damage and goes better with Hero of Bladehold / Hanweir Garrison.
Tormented Hero -> Dread Wanderer
Edric, Spymaster of Trest -> Nissa, Steward of Elements

Really excited about the set. With 2 zombies coming in, I'm thinking about revisiting Relentless Dead and I'm wondering if anyone else is thinking the same? I feel like a minor zombie tribal might actually be coming together here!
Angel of Sanctions will probably eventually replace Baneslayer, but I'm in no rush. Liliana, Death's Majesty looks great, probably as an Attrition replacement, but I don't think I want a third Liliana. Maybe if the price ever tanks.
